i have this phone for about a year, and i have to say ITS GREAT!!! there is all most notting it cant do... i love it its user friendly and has a LOT of functions.
in short GREAT SMART phone

Had it for less than a month now, and after updating FW to V31, this phone rocks! UI is still dodgy but has improved tremendously from previous version. Only glitch I noticed is when I switched to WiFi, my bluetooth turned on in the middle of my web browsing. Nokia must really downgraded its camera on the 5800 because it needs improvement in this area. Hopefully, it gets resolved soon or will be forced to buy a separate digital camera.

The Nokia 5800 Xpress Music is the best touchscreen phone and the 3.2 megapixel Carl Zeiss optics lens is the best in it's field but users forget that the screen is Nokia hd(high resolution) showing all the vivid details in a picture.

It's an awesome phone the sound & sensitivity are great. Only thing that I hated was the camera results. I doubt that it actually is 3.15MP My sister has ann LG Neon with a 2 MP camera and the results are way better than mine. Still an awesome phone.
