But i rarely remove my memory car... moreHey frnd pls mention about month of manufactured??? bcas just now i found an issue about memory card which are manufactured in october mnth.... they always gets corrupted automatically when files are filled above 2gb & my two of d frnds are suffered from this problem... So, my frnds contacts NPD they send to nokia headoffice for service on
2-12-09 & the fault is nokia's so they are ready to replace it with new one on 22-12-09..... So,frnd dont waste the time pls visit NPD & mention ur mem card problem...
NOTE : pls strictly told them to took ur mem card for service & dont forget to ask ur manual service job sheet for service reference.. with job sheet number call nokia's customer care 18004253388 & told ur prblm and they ask ur job sheet no & IMEI no for service results....
So frnds here dont waste ur time & took ur prblm to nokia's knowledge otherwise ur prblm wont solved..

It's really fantastic. Video clarity is superb and battery backup is excellent. Don't listen to others comments.

But i rarely remove my memory card, when i remove it i always push power button and then choose remove memory card option. My problem is when i transfer songs files, the previous songs files disappear and it's so annoying me coz i need to format memory card again and lost applications in my memory card. Do you have idea how to overcme it? By the way i couldn't find zip manager in my download menu nor ovi store. Do you have the app? Cheers and have a great day

The best Phone I bought yet..
Great value for money.In India I got it with a price of 13600/- including taxes.Definitely will not get such a 3.5 G Smart-phone in such a price in India. Best sound, Better Touch screen,Great application support,.But the user inter face need to be improved, especially for making calls and contacts. I think Nokia will improve it on the next software upgrade.

Hola , yo solo queria exponer que no estoy contento con el manejo de la guia telefonica del 5800 xpress music , al tener la guia de telefonos con 150 numeros es muy dificil elejir uno en concreto ( aunque se use el puntero ) deverian de aver mejorado ese especto, supongo que ya os habreis dado cuenta de eso, un saludo .

and by the way one more thing for users whose having trouble with a call getting silenced during a phone call or when you take a call . go to sensor settings and turn off call silence option that will solve the problem .

KceeGee, 04 Dec 2009I have been a Nokia Nseries fanatic for a long time. I had ... moreDude, it is a simple logic. Your 5800 must have been a defect. You should have returned it and have nokia replace for a brand new one. The 5800 has a lot of applications.
I had also used the iphone. Though the screen is brilliant, it isn't my cup of tea due to the camera not having a powerful led flash or a xenon flash. Therefore, I think the brilliant screen is somewhat of a waste.
Most of my friends have the iphone. That doesn't mean I'll use an iphone because they have one. I like the 5800 better.
One more thing. Yeah, there are tons of apps for the iphone in the apple store, but are the iphone users goin to really use each app?

I downloaded firmware v.31 yesterday. It looks my 5800 more responsive and faster. Actually i wanted to sell it but cancelled it after saw progress in my phone. The one and only complain is bundled memory card gets corrupted easily, especially for mp3 files. Hate to say that i format and export my songs files again. Anyone have idea how to overcome corrupted memory card? Cheers

I've had this phone for a few months and it's the best phone I've ever had, and it's better than everyone's phone around me. The only bad thing about the phone is that its processor speed is a bit sluggish, other than that, if you want a new badass touch-screen phone, get this without a doubt, it was worth every penny and more.
