If you're coming from non touchscreen phone, you'll find it uneasy in the begining, the truth is you're new but once orientation is over and you've learn all the settings then you'll love it.This is a good phone for my daily use and a great companion.

My father is getting a new contract and he wants me to choose which phone to get. I said he should get the N97, but the store says theres some software problem. They said he should get the 5800 express music but i see all ur comments aren't very good. Should i tel him to get the N97? Im sure we can upgrade the software...

ithink it is terrific but its screen is slidy specially when i use the pen to gt a name from the phonebook it moves up an down so fast

Ravi27 cust check lg gt 505 im also having 5800 i purchased on diwali im repenting take indoor pictre and check the quality of lg i saw trust this phone is good only showoff my 5800 is new but since i purchased when i open games screen start flickering it feels like you are using thirdclass phone really want tosell as soon as possible for lg 505 ,,,,,,,,,,,,

Now 5230 is now available with new FW like 5530 but why Nokia didn't lets 5800 XP got FW update?
I would like to use my 5800 with new home screen like 5530.
I hate you Nokia.

hi, camera is such a bad in indoor its horrible NOKIA save your ass atleast by launching kinetic scrolling to 5800 or else you will be in the list of used phone seller in INDIA specially look at LG phone Lg gt 505 5mp cam 8gb 3inch display superb super phone for 11000rs this 5800 i purchased for 14000rs im REPENTING like any thing,,,,,,,,,,,,

Hi purchased this phone on diwali but really repenting b coz just check Lg gt505 phone 5mp 8gb 3 inch display for 11000rs really fantastic phone ill sell my 5800for this just c the videos in you tube guys u too luv it

Rocker, 20 Nov 2009I am using this mobile last 7-8 months, the camera quality ... moren 79 camera is better than 5800xm but sound no, dont mislead people in buying a handset for only sound.
5800xm is best in sound................

I am using this mobile last 7-8 months, the camera quality is too bad guys, its not at all 3.2 mp don't go for it. Rather go for n79 its very good in camera and sound is also good nearly in same price group
