Recently purchased 5800xpress phone. Its awe... moreYou can set up email accounts automatically on 5800, you just put your email address and password. Automatic time retrieval limited to 2 email accounts.
I am not fan of nokia messaging as it looked buggy on my phone, so i prefer using default email messaging. I tried roadsync too and it's very nice email client, unfortunately it's paid email client.
@anonymous asking voip, yes you can do voip using fring. I usually use nimbuzz to make voip.

but, you still check it out in messaging
right?

In india, this phone is not avail with v31, still coming with v30. can anyone have any idea when this is gonna come? I am desperate to buy this phone. can anyone tell what is the difference in both version?
I have option of samsung star-3g which has better touch sensitivity. which one to buy.

Hi.Every time i switch on my blue tooth connection "unable to perform bluetooth operation" appears... I have Nokia 5800 XM ... software version is V31... the bluetooth visibility is "shnown to all" ... HELP

I got a problem with my phone, first i can't send messages, and all i had to do is reset it using the *#7370# thing. then after that, it works. then here comes a new problem. my camera isn't working. what should I do?! I AGAIN, perform the hard reset thing, but it won't work. please help me guys! I visited the nokia care when i got the messaging issue. help me please.

Want to ask how i can send and receive email. What are the setting's that i need to follow for installation??
And is there any no of Touch limits??

nokia 5530 express music has better processor but it does not has 3G

Please dont make the mistake of buying it I have so many problem after buying it that I have change it hangs like anything and it also cant support 8gb properly.Now I owe a sony ericsson yari which is far better than this from all field

date-02-04-0... moreYes it is possible. i have updated mine this month by using wifi thru your phone. You can go to setting>phone>phone managemrnt>devices update>option>check for update. i hope this info will help you to update your firmware.

now, th... moreI am new to symbian, i use windows mobile only. This is a age old symbian os doesn even have the feature of the syncing subfolders from MfE.
It seems you never organise your mails . did you ever get the chnace to sync your folders from outlook using mail for exchange.
If you were successful ,let me know how you do it.

now, there is nokia messaging which is a simple push email setting for your nokia
just like blackberry messaging
just input the username & password of your email
and you know what, oldman? the email will be displayed on the homescreen. with just a click, you can access your new incoming email.
and there's email for exchange application which is used to syncronize your nokia setting email to your outlook on PC

This is not a business phone at all.. no proper push mail solution, asks for a difficult password for locking the phone - eight digit alphanumeric character :-(.
I need to configure push mail, want all the outlook subfolders to be viewed and want a simple locking solution like four digit lock code.
was anyone able to configure push mail with sub folders.Please help me.
