- body stylis n good material vs very plastic
- speaker more smooth coz in front of the phone vs left side
- have kinetic scrooling touchscreen vs standar touchscreen
- price cheaper vs higher
in your case that dont need 3G for browsing n surfing n dont need GPS or maps.. i recomended u to pick 5530

Hey, Guys, I checked many Nokia Priorty shops. but every one says that V31 is not coming in phones ,you need to upgrade, at your own risk, Is there any difference by buying a phone with v31 or buying with v30 and than upgrading it?
I am very keen to buy this phone with v31 and stil not got proper response from nokia shops.

I have had my phone for less than one month and was very excited to get it. I have since then after trying my best to get a tv out signal found out that my phone does not support tv out and that there are plenty of them out there with the same feature disabled. there is a very very small sticker on the box stating that my version does not support tv out, numerous forums are discussing this problem and certain people have been told that Nokia did not have the parts to fit the feature and so left it out in certain batches.
Well I bought the phone for numerous features including the tv out capabillity and no one seems to give a damn about correcting the problem, I received my phone via postage and never had the option of reading the stupid little sticker on the back of the box so be warned to take special notice when buying a Nokia in the future, you might just get a phone with no gps or BT or some other feature.
I have supported Nokia for more than 10 years and if they do not rectify this problem, I will never buy another Nokia and will advise people to stay away from a product that advertises one thing and gives you something different. I am truly sorry that I never chose the omnia wich was available cheaper on a different contract

Killersmith, 12 Nov 2009I get that dude, but u said "some fones have factory settin... morein the case of now.. yap thats true.. coz nokia has not yet said that they will be create latest firmware for all code just specific code that can update the latest firmware such as v31.. so how long we have to wait???

Bought a Nokia 5800 at Chennai yesterday.
Very Very Good Phone with the declared price of Rs.13600.
Even though i haven't used the phone much in the past 24 hrs, all the settings and features are very user friendly and responsive.
I think it is coming with firmware V 30 by default.
Camera is of average quality and messaging is a nice experience.
Regarding the web browsing and other features, will again post a comment in a day or two.
