hi bought this phn on 9th oct for rs 13250(HYD)its fast,good interface and easy to use but it has already hanged thrice and once the screen completely went blank with only green lines so i had to restart and yesterday all by itself all my inbox msgs got deleted
MY Q; i am getting a wire burning type of smell from the charging jack(on top of phone), is it normal(light smell)

NSU will download the update firmware file to you computer temp folder. Only finish download the complete file then only NSU will flash the firmware to the phone.....

today i went to Nokia Care for showing my 1 week old bad battery.
They told me, may be itz bcoz of software related problem, so they updated my phone and i got FW V31.0.008 dated 24-08-09. and i need to check battery performance, working with new FW. If still battery performance is bad, they send this battery for replacement.
It is original battery(earlier i m thinking this is duplicate one).
So those who are suffering with battery performance may update new FW or can go to Nokia care.
If i ignore battery part, all else is superb experience.

vjdo626, 20 Oct 2009After I updated my firmware to v.30, my contacts bar is sho... morehi.i.exp that one twice already...you need to go in nokia care center in time square mall....they will fix that if still under warranty...it will take 2 days to get back your phone
