whenever i want to refresh music library, a msg shows that 'refresh stopped, 0 file(s) added'. Can someone help me to get rid of this problem? I cannot add music to music library.

I've done a comparison between this and N97 about playing music quality . In all conditions ( with an equal balance of equalizer or default ) 5800 was the winner . Just because the speakers are in the same side , you can listen to your favorite music a bit bit bit bit (!!!!) better than N95 . Be sure when you have it in your hands , you'll forget its 3.2 MP camera !!

Well phones are not cameras so people buy this phone not because of cam cuz if i wanted a cam i would buy a camera

I had the same problem, (diff phone - Innov8)
Solved, ensure Simcard > 32k, set Network to UMTS under settings, depending on area / 3g coverage, perhaps only while using as a modem.
Set to Dual mode afterwards, if not in strong 3g signal / area.

my prada takes better pictures with its 2mp camera than this one...The rest of the phone looks pretty good

I have recently bought the 5800 XM and satisfied with its performance. Although I exprience a problem while using the Wifi feature. My home Wifi connection has a WEP key and I need to input the WEP key each time I tried to connect through Wifi on 5800. I had earlier set up my home connection on E51 and only once I had to input the WEP key and it never asked subsequently. Can anyone help me on this and I appreciate very much.

ehsan, 11 Aug 2009hi. i have 5800xpress music. i updated to version 30.0.01... moreyeah i have faced same problems.. some times screen also blank when take music and auto rotate hanged..

If I use GSM instead of UMTS, how will that affect me when I use WIFI, making calls, listening to voicemail.
What is the difference between GSM, UMTS & Dual mode? My phone has been in Dual mode since being purchased in April.

this is due to problems with 3G networks. In network, choose GSM insted of UMTS and problem is gone.

I found an amazing way to create a 5 seconds kinetic scrolling for the contact list..
click the contacts button... once it opens click on the camera shutter key 2 times in a row and scroll through the contact list very fast... you'll see it scrolling like the iphone list and slowing down to a stop..
