lol.. people complaining on this phones are losers. 5800 is the best phone for me. never had any prob with it.. the graphics sucks? says who? do you even own a 5800? graphics looks so damn good

you need to set the user defined setting at scene mode.. you can customize it then just select user defined scene with the M sign..

Is there a way to retain the camera settings by any chance in Mob 5800XM?
like this mob camera is good after tuning it up by changing settings and i need to do it every time i use the camera. So, if there is any way to retain its setting even after closing the camera plz... do let me know. Thanks in advance

what that mean the 8 x 4 x 4 p... moreIf you bothered to read a couple of pages back you could have found the answer but anyway the 8x4x4 process is,
1. Drain the factory boost of the battery before initial charge.
2. Charge the battery for 8 hours.
3. Use the phone till the battery is dead.
4. Charge the battery for 4 hours.
*continue with step 3 and 4 once again*
after this, the normal 1 hour 30 minute charge would be sufficient. don't over charge the battery. and don't charge the battery when its half charged.
But since you have been using the phone without doing the initial charging cycle this will not help you in anyway unless **you drain the battery to 0% leave it for 48 hours and start the charging process over again.**
** This part was found from a another forum but I don't know if this actually works.

This phone is great easy to text on with 4 different ways to suit all. Great to watch movies on and to listen to music. Love playing games on it with it motion sensor. Battery good life and easyest touch screen iv played with to use in all functions. Camera is good quality and def good price for the handset!!

The phone in delhi costs rs.16600 in hotspots ... moreYest. went to purchase 5800 from Hotspot in delhi.
the dealer strongly recomended me not to buy as many of there customers are now coming back to them with screen problems,was shocked to hear that, got confused so deffered my decision to buy this phone..... :(

I admit that N97 is very nice and elegant but when you compare the price of two phones, 5800 is half the price of N97. Unless you can afford the phone, then go for it. In terms of software, not much of a difference.

Hi I like this phone, but the battery lifetime has been disappointing. so you have to charge it again. maybe nokia com. they can gve me a extra battery of this phone. Thanks
