I just bought it a couple of days ago from Pakistan (Asia). My set doesn't allow me to view the pdf or even the word viewer. I think the image viewer is missing. I even updated the firmware to 2.11 but it still doesn't support the docs. Can someone plz solve my problem???

bggbbb, 07 Jun 2009i dunno why there is no 'safely remove thingy' on ur phone.... morebggbbb,, even if i right click it.. it will not show like that.. i'm afraid that it might be broken after sometimes. i just bought it last friday..

Try going to 'my computer' then right click on removable disk then click 'eject'....

anyone?? I,ve been using the USB cable to transfer files to my phone. and i cant find the "safely remove" icon. so i tend to just pull it out. so my question, will it affect the performance of my phone? or how can i safely remove it? please anyone! i really need you're answers guys!

got this phone for about two weeks now.. No complaints at all... A lot lot bettr than the over rated iphone which quite useful really.. This phone has a lot more features than 'that' phone... For people with camera prob, try playing with the settings, and try capturing a photo without the back cover... It makes a big difference...
I got 8 useful and fun apps..
36 games...
150 songs
9 full movies
15 themes
And my 8 gig is only half full!
Such a wonderful phone.. A lot better than 'that' phone..
For touchscreen problems, just update your phone to v21...
Did i mention that im using my phone in writing this opinion? Lol..
Highly recommended phone.... Truly an iphone killer...

I had this phone back in Nov 2008 and sold it last week to buy the Omnia HD. It was a nice phone but the specs are already getting outdated compared to the 2009 models from SE and Sammy.

sanny, 07 Jun 2009after i uploaded some songs and images through mass storage... moreThe code is *#7370# if you are about to "factory reset settings" but as for music files, you better kick off any tasks running on background in windows system before you transfer any files to your memory card, as nokia PCsuite is interfering during copying files to phone, and go to your phone settings and disable about DRM protection files.

after i uploaded some songs and images through mass storage. the preloaded songs was locked and i can't play them! i did the *#7307# thing and nothing happen.. please help me! does someone encounter this problem too? please help me! ASAP!

I finally decided to switch back to Nokia after several years of other devices, and the 5800 caught my eye.I wasn't expecting something special, considering the price, but i was blown away.Maybe this is not an Iphone killer, but it sure is a close call.Only the more rough design,which makes up in durability, and the touch sensitivity, which is only by fractions beneath the iphone, are the deciding factors.The new symbian OS is perfection, can't remember the last time i didn't need any extra time to get familiar with a new phone.Brings Symbian on a new level.And all those extra applications, oh man, it's been a week and i'm still finding new cool applications on the web to download.(i.e. just installed an application to watch 100 channels of TV with a Wifi signal).I read a lot of people complaining about the camera before i bought it, and now i can safely say that the camera is perfect unless you're looking for a Laika 1000 EUR camera performance.The display is big enough for me, and the resolution is better than the iphone.If you're thinking about getting this phone, let me just tell you to stop thinking.
Only cons for me so far is the lack of support for AVI and DIVX file, but i'm sure a sipmle update in the near future will fix that
