Please never buy any of Nokia phone. You will regret your purchase. I have Nokia 5.4 it came out with android 10 out of the box. It was fast and camera quality is good for the price. Then android 11 and 12 came along. Lots of bugs, I counted one time it's was more that 30, even most popular apps like WhatsApp won't work properly, lags a lot, can't use Bluetooth headsets, network drops. Waited long for patch, that never came. Looked for custom ROM, none was there(please post a link if a costume ROM available, Tia). Someone can as don't sell and buy new one?, because no one deserve this kind of phone. Only upside is it is durability. If you want a good phone for price I would rather buy used iPhone ,those have solid software experience.

Use this model for several years. My second phone. Never locked up or freeze. I don't care about camera or gaming but as a smartphone with internet access, online purchases or (yes) phone calls, it is really good. Long battery life, large screen.

Pretty sleek looking :) and I have been using for 2 years now, I dies quite frequently needs restart when it gets stuck ...and yeah it's no where close to even moderate for gaming. Can't play even coc without hiccups :/
But yeah for looks and very mild usage it's good and battery holds up kind of...

Phone works now. Usb-c not holding and headphone jack does not settle well. Went to repair where motherboard changed and everything works. Still going to sell, as Samsung A04s I bought at same offer 99 price works much better (also ui and android works better with no bugs).

I have been using Nokia 5.4 for almost 2 years. It's an ultra-durable, full-featured phone for work and communication. I do not worry about running out of memory because there are 128 GB, 6GB ram helps the machine work well. With such a high configuration, it will be difficult to buy cheaply without choosing Nokia. Only one thing, if the device is slow, you need to regularly clean up temporary files and customize in Settings, remove unnecessary applications.

Here is also USB-c port not good. Cable not holding properly. Any movement and it will go out. Especially when watching videos on bed and charging same time. You need constant attention to plug it back. Extremely low quality phone for its price tag.

Phone made with cheapest materials. Headphone jack broken from first use, for a year now, no possible to claim warranty as I need phone daily. Using wireless earbuds. Charger died after 7 months, Nokia said warranty for this piece is 6 months only. Rushed to buy €20 charger for 99 € phone offer. The cost of running is phone is more than a phone itself. Needed not only new charger, but €10 cable as well, and €44 bluetooth earbuds. Nokia, never again. Looking for other brand so I can get rid of this hot piece of junk.

Maybe I got a defective model, but it freezes a lot - very unstable (factory reset didn't help). My grandma has a cheaper Motorola that runs better than mine, has 5 Ghz wifi and a magnetometer, which this one doesn't have. They really delivered Android from 10 to 12, but the security patches were not timely.

Maintenance and security updated only up to January 2024, after that no updated guaranteed. Why these smartphones are on sale when updates are not guaranteed for full warranty time? Should not be that big deal from Android one phone. Also too much bugs still not fixed after big Android version update on this Nokia phone. Not again bugs, fixes!

After last patch update, I got a problem of receiving SMS. Among them, some of them I received thundered times, some delay many days after. After Google it, many users experienced w this problem but no solution given from nokia until new update

I gifted this phone to my father about a year ago. I bought the 6gb ram version. Working fine without any lag or freeze. Better to use this device for social media and any other work. But I have not tested with gaming. 6gb version is still super smooth. No complain to make.👍

Bought this phone 1.5 years ago.
Already at the beginning suffered from the freeze regular.
After the update to android 12 it was okay for about 2 weeks then it got worse.
- Regular freezes , sometimes even 10 minutes before it starts again
- sometimes reboots by itself
- Unresponsive regular
- Very, very slow
- Taking pictures takes a long time
- Not able to answer a call because the phone does not respond
- Data traffic not working after reboot, takes a number of reboots before it is okay again
Using a daily reboot and regular cleanup helps a bit.
But now the spontaneous reboot is more often.
My solution for this problem is buying a new phone and this will be NO NOKIA ever again.

This phone in 9 months.
I still like it, but this brand Nokia seems not worth it. The phone itself works, but the charger died after 6 months. Customer care was not helpful at Nokia site, they said that 6 month warranty is over and just get over it. Phone is 24 months. For protesting reason I just didn't buy some Nokia charger, but cheap Goobay for 9,90 and 12 months warranty on it. Also this phone headphone jack is not working properly. The sound scratches because the thing does not sit well inside the jack. I didn't send it to a warranty as I am using Bluetooth earphones. But it is a problem, all the other jacks sit well on my other devices.
The biggest problem is update 2022 to Android new version 12.
Slightly too much bugs, notification bar is broken, the time and icons are way too up and it affects UI of other apps when part of the app is under notification app. Very poor, no fixes to any bugs updates gave so far. For 99 I bought it will go for at least 3-4 years total.
Next phone maybe next brand.
