After last patch update, I got a problem of receiving SMS. Among them, some of them I received thundered times, some delay many days after. After Google it, many users experienced w this problem but no solution given from nokia until new update

I gifted this phone to my father about a year ago. I bought the 6gb ram version. Working fine without any lag or freeze. Better to use this device for social media and any other work. But I have not tested with gaming. 6gb version is still super smooth. No complain to make.👍

Bought this phone 1.5 years ago.
Already at the beginning suffered from the freeze regular.
After the update to android 12 it was okay for about 2 weeks then it got worse.
- Regular freezes , sometimes even 10 minutes before it starts again
- sometimes reboots by itself
- Unresponsive regular
- Very, very slow
- Taking pictures takes a long time
- Not able to answer a call because the phone does not respond
- Data traffic not working after reboot, takes a number of reboots before it is okay again
Using a daily reboot and regular cleanup helps a bit.
But now the spontaneous reboot is more often.
My solution for this problem is buying a new phone and this will be NO NOKIA ever again.

This phone in 9 months.
I still like it, but this brand Nokia seems not worth it. The phone itself works, but the charger died after 6 months. Customer care was not helpful at Nokia site, they said that 6 month warranty is over and just get over it. Phone is 24 months. For protesting reason I just didn't buy some Nokia charger, but cheap Goobay for 9,90 and 12 months warranty on it. Also this phone headphone jack is not working properly. The sound scratches because the thing does not sit well inside the jack. I didn't send it to a warranty as I am using Bluetooth earphones. But it is a problem, all the other jacks sit well on my other devices.
The biggest problem is update 2022 to Android new version 12.
Slightly too much bugs, notification bar is broken, the time and icons are way too up and it affects UI of other apps when part of the app is under notification app. Very poor, no fixes to any bugs updates gave so far. For 99 I bought it will go for at least 3-4 years total.
Next phone maybe next brand.

Highly regretting buying this phone, not because of the specs, but because of nokia itself as a brand not being helpful to customers. I bought this phone for few months, and then some parts of it was broken. I went to customer service (the one that they officially recommended) and I still have to wait for months (until now). I tried contacting them but they keep ignoring me, even contacted Nokia but got ignored too. this brand is just weak when it comes to customer service and satisfaction. dont bother buying a nokia phone ever.

It's been a few months after the update to Android 12 and I think it's gotten even worse than before. This bloody thing freezes so much I could use it to chill my drinks everyday. Sometimes I can't do anything for 10 minutes and I end up leaving it in a drawer and I only check after a few hours after I remember about it.

Nokia's response has been pathetic. The troubleshooting steps that have been suggested do nothing. The phone is being rendered crippled because of poor quality control.

After Android 12 update, the freezing still happens. Especially when the data in on. In my opinion, IS NOKIA TRYING TO COLLECT INFORMATION SECRETLY FROM USERS

Try doing a factory reset in Settings if the phone becomes sluggish after updating to Android 12 but be sure backup all of your data first

I bought Nokia 5.4 in August 22. It comes with android 10. When powered on it immediately updated to android 11. Phone was freezing all the time, I had to restart the phone twice a day. Then android 12 update came 15 days before now phone is working perfectly 👍

Install a third party cleaner,AVG is good.
Perform a scan every 24 hours or so, should speed up the iOS a bit,works for me.

I did everything not to upgrade android. But the phone just upgraded by itself to android 12. Now the os is sluggish and battery backup is 40% lower. The same thing that happened to my Nokia 6.2 when upgraded to android 10 which made me ditch the phone. This is the last Nokia I'm buying

Is it just me or does this phone lag!? With a 6GB Ram and 128GB ROM, it still lags like hell. Is there a way to fix this!? How can ma phone freeze in between phone conversations!?

Android update. WH1000XM3 does not work. It says LDAC sound on phone settings when this phone no LDAC. When HQ sound enabled, no sound from headphones. When dsabled. it plays music, but only SBC which quality not as good as AptX. How to get Aptx after update?
Do someone test update at Nokia??

I received Android 12 a week ago and it's good but the phone is still freeze from time to time. I was hoping that this problem will be fixed with new android but it's still here. Even more often.
Also the camera app is still the same. It's poor app without pro mode and dual sight
