My sister recently lost her phone and I had just upgraded and got two phones. I gave her ethe 6020 because it is a decient phone for a 15 year old, she does not need a radio, bluetooth. She only needs to make calls and send messages.

this phone is just messed up, its bulky, the memory's too small so no room for mp3s... the camera is ok but this phone is messed up a riadio may have compensated for the lack of memory.. from trinidad

i borrowed this fone from my brother and this i can say...
this fone sucks....
no radio, no bluetooth, infrared barely works, memory is just too low...
i mean this fone is a BIG BIG BIG rip off.....
camera may be fine but whats the use when you barely have enough memory... id still go for SE-k700i.....

the phone is good,unique. but the only problem is, it has a very low phone memory and the video lenght is so short, but in general, its good.

The phone is quite good. I have had it for about three weeks and i have downloaded loads of ringtones. The net works well enough,but the infrared is quite disturbing. if anyone cen show me how to use it properly and to which phones I can send pictures and other stuff through infrared. The screen is small. But on the whole, the phone is good for someone my age. 15. Very little memory,wish it had bluetooth.other wise, it's just fine and dandy.

It's good handset ,the main demerits of this handset is low phone memmory..& no fm...
no clarity for videos.....so carefull.....be aware of that ....

its a spectacular phone.. i dont like video n music enabled phone much.. Just it would have been better if it could have Flash Enabled webpages like applications made in macromedia flash... And some more megabytes of memory...
Itnernet setting sometimes trouble you..
You can use yahoo with reporo, mig33 and many others.. i use gmail also... Use another Pocket English dictionary downloaded from wap.getjar.com
it almost serves my needs well.. but I cant get original Nokia CA-42 Cable so not being able to use internet in computer through it... But I can communicate with computer for other options...
For using GPRS you might have to call to your operator's customer care to send u a service SMS which will help u to Enable it... Also u can set manually from the settings > Configuration > Customized .. > AccessPoint ... configure the access point as ur GPRS or EDGE requires... Also know if GPRS need to be subscribed and u done as well

my 6020 accidently fell in a pool and it took my about ten minutes to remove and as soon as i got it i removed the battery and cover then used a hair dryer to heat it up a bit but still doesnt come on-IS THERE ANY HOPE???????PLEASE!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Nice phone.Very economical.Suits best the teenagers.Would be better if it had Bluetooth.Would be easier to use if the web settings could be easier used or inputed manually.On the whole,it is a good phone.
