I have this phone from 2005, and I still use it, battery lasts 3-5 days, got occasionally another battery so I don't want to change it until dies. Have had it a number of times with me on my bike. It has fallen a number of times and still works, you have to clean it throughly every 2 years

banerji, 19 Mar 2013how i operate push to talk and infrared on my nokia-6020?You can only use it if your sim supports PPT feature.If it supports contac its customer care and ask for PPT settings.Give the setting to your phone and select PPT in menu.Now enjoy!!

Infrared is on left side of phone...on the other side are 2 buttons for + and - (tones,etc) and on the other is IR...

i still having this phone as a spare and still working fine. EXcept i changed the battery after 3 years using it.

I bought in in 2006, and it is still working fine till now. I've bought several other phones since then, and anytime they fail, i go back to my never-disappointing 6020. One of the best from Nokia.

Good phone with great features, however it is not as durable as some other phones I've had like the 1616 or Siemens A50.
