i had to reinstall in phone as the nokia phone service said the software on the phone was corrupted, they did reinstall but did not upload the tones,themes etc
could any one tell me how i can load all those default things on the phone, i asked nokia they said its not possible

Dear All,
Pls help me as i am usning Nokia 6020 and i copy 3gp video file and its not deleting. pls can any one tell me how to delete as mobile delete option said "unable to delete".

Please i have the phone but i dont have the manual and also i dont have bluetooth which is very bad

my oppinion:
1. battery lasts LONG time;
2. serious design, nice, comfty
3. low memory, but who cares, u can do 60 pics, as about videos, buy a video camera better
4.many functions
5.serious phone, not some portable nintendo
6.durable and very good software

I had a Nokia6020. But i cant open my PTT. How can i open it. And so the capacity of vedio is very less. Wt can i do 4 this. Pls mail me as soon as possible.Really this is a nice piece i had. But tell me all the functioning of PTT.

I have a N6020. I cannot send videos through
Infraed or whatever that spells. The indicator shows a Infraed connection but when i send it shows sending failed. I dunno how to take out the front cover there is so much dust on the inner screen.

I am sorry i meant 6021 is the most feature packed phone in its segment, it provides the best n the most communication n networking features as compared to all its competents.
It has GPRS, EDGE. It can be interfaced with the pc in a whole lot of different ways, u have the conventional data cable interface n u also have bluetooth n infrared. I wonder why the phone din't gain much popularity though, i suppose its coz people aint that tech savvy. But if your a person living away from your family due to ur job or other reasons , then this is definitely the phone to have, coz it allows u to access the internet wherever u find a comp. The gprs class of this phone is also superior to its competents.

ive neva had this fone b4 but ive jus got it and if ne one is lukin for a new fne this is the one it is small has a nice apperance easy to use and great memory and i should no i were in a mobile shop! it is way betta thn alot of other fones half of the stuff it says on ere aint true it is just SEXY i love it go get it now its is jus ******* amazing!!!

I would say that the phone is really cute but I have a couple of questions which I would like to all ask those who know send me the answer plsss..
Questions:
1.)How can I change the main background of the cellphone? it is not on themes i went there thousand times..
2.)How can I open the front housing cause it is dusty already I cant clean the screen?
3.)Can we change its housing?
4.)Can we upgrade its memory cause it is really low?
Pls... answer this question I badly needed ur answers thanks alot....

this is a great phone!its got all the basic features i need,i transfer photos to the PC through infrared in seconds.the major problem is the memory,3.5 MB is just hopelesly small! the desigh is just what i needed.how do i get the radio compatible with this phone?

This is a nice phone, but it has a few snags though.
The worst for me is the keypad - the buttons are too close together if you are a quick texter. If I could get a different cover and keypad this might solve the problem.
The memory is far too small. It should have 10MB at least. Plenty of data modes and it's tri-band as well so that's a plus. It also has Java.
Good phone but a few annoying features.
