Hello, phone is displaying Contact Service and wont allow access to the menu. Anyone no how to clear this? or what it is?

I have problem with my one week old 6020, its just went dead, I switch it off @plane and when I arrived in my destination its doesnt work anymore,the display just flicker a few times before totally not responding. Nokia told me that it might be lowbatt, I tould them how it could be I have seen it working fine before I swiched it off and that its almost fully charged that time...so just to proved I do charged it as said and check the Battery with Multimeter tester after, the battery is okay...so what now...

No this phone doesnt have mp3, but it can play .amr sounds so true ringtone in amr format is possible.

with the nokia usb connecting cable the bit that you have to plug into the phone - it goes in the handsfree plug yeah???

I`m very attracted by this phone and it design but i have a question does it have an mp3? and does it have real trax just like when the phone rings u can hear the lyrisc of the song?

Just as a matter of interest does this 6020 have 3-D animated graphics on the menu selection? Does it have a matrix for the menu selection?
Finally it have call ID and if what is the quality like?

After i select the "pinyin" function,icon of "pinyin" can't show out.So,i can't write mandarin words by using "pinyin".

I just bought my nokia 6020 and I am haveing a problem with the video clips that I recive form every other mobil phone like Nokia 7600 and 3650 through IR. the problem is that the audio is finishing befor the video I meant the video image is lateing. If some one heve the right answer for my problem please write me.

At last i have 6020.It is very good telephone.Sound quality is very good.Menu is classic nokia menu,it is easy to use.Camera is enough for me but maybe some people don't love it.I loved this phone,it is not too expensive like the other mp3 phones,and it has the all functions you need.It dooesn't play mp3 and doesn't have radio,it plays midi files.I have a mp3 player with radio,digital camera and a good nokia phone.That's enough for me.

I'm having trouble using the navigation keys. Can't seem to move it to the left, right,up or down. Does the navigation come with the cursor...I'm not too good at these things. Can someone help?
