Which once? Not programable joystick may be a problem, but I think they will fix it.. In the newest firmware they fixed almost everything.. what are u talkin about???

How can you rate this phone worse "Design" then the 6020. The only difference with the phones is that the 6020 has camera, and the 6021 has bluetooth! BIZARRE! Is a camera rated as .7 better in design? I think not.

tell me guys, some1 with 6021, how is the bluetooth working with a PC? Is it working well? no connectivy problems or whatsoever?
And have u tested to connect to another phone? did it work well?

Lokk dudes,
that's nothing but an updated form of the nokia 6020 and that same memory problem,dont these designers have any gray matter in their skull.Yeah blue tooth is a fine addition

Lets celebrate! No camera! I call it a business class, becouse only children need that phone-camera crap. If you need it buy a real normal camera, it is not so expensive.
I hope Nokia will make some good phones w/out cameras in future too!

I have had this phone just over a week it truly is an excellent phone. Only problem is when on my way to work on the train i cant listen to the radio! 4.5 STARS!

This phone is the ultimate... I will get this for 100% after I've sold my Siemens SF65 which beside camera, is totally crap...
6021 offers me bluetooth, good tft display and overall good quality... Nokia, connecting people....

My husband got this phone with the bluetooth head piece a few weeks ago. So far it's a great phone, got all the neccessaries (unless for some reason you class cameras and radios on a mobile phone a "neccessary").
My only problem with it is that the alarm is too loud and it's a very unpleasant sound, my old 7250i alarm starts quiter then gets louder, I wish this one did too. Other than that it's aa great and reliable phone.

hi jumglehead,
if you have a 3120 and if you want to turn up the volume(for when someone is on the phone to you) just wait for your next call and while you are on the phone just push the right nav key and it will turn the volume up.(pushing the left nav key will turn the volume down.) i hope this helps. and yes, as far as features go the 6021 is the better phone. :)

Just bought the 6021 in Bangkok, I live here and dug it got high marks for reception. The subjective downside is, which I didn't realize until got it home, there is no volume control for people calling. That is weird and a bit of a drawback. The loudspeaker option makes it too loud, if you don't want to broadcast your conversation. You'd think a volume control for incoming voice wud be standard, especially in a city that is noisy and people tend to talk softly. Any suggestions? Thinking of another Nokia - others have volume? And give this one to my better-hearing girlfriend.

I have this phone 1 week and i like it...but the battery is a trouble - 900mhA and works....max 3 days...:( with medium use ... its not satisfacionary to me...

bought this phone a month back.. its just an awesome phone.. has everything that one could need... and wat abt MP3 player or camera ??? Get a digital camera and an iPod.. will be worth the investments unlike a camer phone with MP3 player.. but this phone rocks man !! Bluetooth, EDGE, wonderful display, cool tones, sexy look, wat else do u want ? Ne1 wants to convert MP3 or WAV to Nokia AMR format ?? I got this model two weeks ago and it works pretty well. My previous one was a 3315 so the change was big too. I didn't need a cam, and the size/design really gives it a 'business' look.

for those people who want this phone with a camera, buy a 6020 and if you want bluetooth as well buy the bluetooth adapter(part no. AD-5B) and then you have the perfect camera phone that you want and it looks exactly the same as this one. :)

Just another good mobile phone from Nokia. Beautiful display, fast respond, nice ring tone, light weight. I love the keypad very much, the feeling is very solid. The joystick is just perfect and long battery life as well. If this phone has radio/MP3 (of course with a MMC slot) then it will become a perfect mobile phone for me. Don't spend extra money for a camara phone because there is no camara phone can make good photos at this moment. Use that money to buy a real camara.
