dearest simon, pls Use your brian. 1. since this phone has no camera, that is wat make the bluetooth useful by allowin transfer of pictures into this phone.
2. it does not mean that a phone w/o a camera is a bad phone. some pple only need a simple phone w/o camera n other fanciful stuffs. not tat everybody has as much money as u to waste.
therefore, i urge u to think before u speak. sometimes, using the brain a little helps u.

itz a very bad fone, which has no camera but blue tooth. wats the use of blue tooth without a camera . the designer of this phone is empty headed

I was v eager to buy this phone.But I m facing following problem s:
1. It stops ringing when i m getting call while i m playing with mobile phone 2. No more than 2.3 MB memory. 3. Slow key response

Hi! I bought this phone and I would say that I'm disapointed about the speaker quality. The rest is fine, but quality of the speaker is bad. I had before Siemens ME45 and I can tell the difference - Nokia speaker quality is worse.

bought this phone only before 2 weeks.the speaker which produces ringtone gives me some problem(it will not play the sound when the call is arriving).nokia service center people reaoired it twice but they could not either repair the phone or replace the phone.generally nokia is good but i dont why such probs coming now.

I have Nokia 6021, it's a nice phone, good, but I see that some of you are giving WRONG informations about the phone memory. It doesn't have 32mb of memory, it has 2,4mb. Now on my phone it says 1,2mb used memory and 1,2mb free memory.
Clear anough ????!!!!1

There is a common problem which is the dust inside the screen. But you may easily open the case and clean it.
1. Open the back cover, you will found two lock at the bottom of both side. Just release them by push them.
2. There are two lock at the middle of each side too but you may release them by your fingertip without problem.
3. You should open the phone now and clean it.
But NEVER use alcohol to clean inside of the screen. It will melt the screen.

Nice telephone. Have it now for about 3 months. Works fine, feels good and solid. negative sides: Dust on the dsiplay and readability of the display when the phone is in the carkit.
Together with PC Sync I also sync my schedule using bleutooth. Works perfect: Saves me a PDA...

I have very very bad opinion about this phone since it cannt record conversation during talk by pressing on PTT button, as its described in manual. . Its really frustrating and nothing can be worse than that. Nokia is writing about things in manual that doesnt work in their devices in fact. Someone, please take Nokia to the COURT!!!!

After 3 days in my pocket there is a lot of dust under the screen.
In the manual there is not instruction to remove the cover for the cleaning.

Unfortunately I got the 6021 from my employer, ok design but seriously lousy software and functionality. I would recommend anyone to really investigate the phone before buying!

Just 2 days before i bought Nokia-6021 looks good and easy to use. I recommend this model would be more suitable for Business People.
