Hugo thanks so much for your opinion,please what I want to know is if the phone came with belle fp1 or belle os,or is belle fp1 and belle os the same thing ??(I am new to symbian). And please how do I update the phone because I would like to buy it.

Hey Guys!
Just bought a brand new Nokia 603 on 29.10.2012, and i can assure you, its one of the best phones ever in its price range.
The day I bought the phone, I didn't install anything, and joust explored Nokia Belle FP1. The next day, in the morning, I updated my brand new Nokia 603 to Nokia belle FP2 over the air ( using, the cellphone itself), it was a 16 Mb update and it worked like wonders. I do miss the old and bold, stylish, Nokia evolve theme, but you get used to the lighter themes quickly. Then, i hacked my, phone, using RomPacher+ and started installing some games and applications. Its working great!
*First, before you update your phone, uninstall all of your apps, and then format the phone. The update should go smoothly.
*Second, yes, after each time you restart your phone, the camera takes between 15 and 30 second to open, but all the other times after, it opens up in exactly, one second. The new interface is smooth and goo looking, it gives you much more control in creative mode.
*Third, I felt that the performance did decrease a little in multitasking( mostly when I minimize games like, Hero Of Sparta, Fruit Ninja, or even Angry birds). I don't know the reason for this, but I believe its because of the individual games, as i have installed NetQin Mobile Security, and Swiss Manager(from Cellphonesoft.com), and even after having opened 26 apps, including the above mentioned games and other , my RAM never went further down then 250 Mb!, and Swiss manager reports minimal CPU usage in games, but don't know why Hero Of Sparta is a bit laggy(sometimes it gets faster when I open another heavy app!), but overall, good performance.

after updating the software nokia bella FP 2, i have problem using camera,camera is not working,when i restart the phone then it works ok but only for 1 time.

Since I am asked, I have to tell you that changing product code, simply void your warranty. it could also cause fatal damage to the phone at your risk. So far it never happen to mine. I can't tell you everything here but there are lot of resource you can find on Internet.
In order to do so, you need to do some research on net. 1)download the tool you need --> NSS. 2)find the instruction as well. 3)search the product code you want to change to(make sure it fit your need, especially the language, you don't want to get your phone on FP2 but with the language you can't read/use)

Cartier001, 30 Oct 2012FP2 is clearly better than FP1, I don't experience any bugs... morehalu mr cartier001, pls give us some instructions on how to change product code on N603 coz i still don't receive belle fp1 & fp2 updates. thanks in advance. more power to all n603 users even if it is not widely released.
