According to the Nokia site it should have been available in the 3rd trimester 2005(from july to september). Now they say sometime in december ! I live in Thailand and just come back from the Philippines, phone still nowhere to be found. Kind of a ghost phone really. I see many people tired to wait and buying Samsung D600....

It cost S$540.00 at Mustafa Centre in Singapore with warranty. Feels small in the palm, probably the 6280 with the larger screen will be better.

It does not need a memory card as it has enough memory inbuilt. You can also transfer data to or from another compatible phone or computer anyway. Fantastic phone it is!

its a really great phone,but it lacks the most important feature,MMC card.it would have been ideal,i was looking forward to buying it,not anymore.thank you

just translated the german nokia website and they say it is now going 2 cost around £219

In The Netherlands the Nokia 6280 will be available next Tuesday see: http://www.sitel.nl
But there is no release date of the Nokia 6111 in The Netherlands.
In Germany however you can order the 6111 (black) on http://www.nokia.de

on www.o2.co.uk it says the nokia 6111 is a 2MP CAMERA :s i have wanted this phone since june but have now decided to leave it and buy the samsung d600 well done nokia anyway!
