i have this phone for about a half year and it really sucks! when i have a voice-mail message i constantly get a sms that there's something on my voice mail, he also switches himself off. Now i'm using a mobile from my brother because I can't get this one on. A friend of mine has got the same one but in pink, she went back to the store like allready 3-4 times, they send it back to the company, she loses it for 3 weeks and when he comes back the phone still doesn't work. Does anyone have also problems with this phone?

i've got this phone,its ok but im very sad about the memory,i can only hav 4 songs on it! it should at least hav a card slot

OMG... this phone rocks like helll....... seriously, i want to get it... and u should 2. cus lyk, its system is so easy and usable and lyk, everything rocks about it....... but lyk, i hav a fone, n ma parents wont let me buy.... sad

this model is a sick one!! I was planning to buy it but having my doubts, and I wasn't wrong, my bestfriend has dis phone it's really making nightmares.. and the screen is a piece of junk.. So I ended up buying the superb 5300, it is also like the 6111 wuth all the errors absolutely corrected, 5300 is great!! except for the absence of flash...

stay well away from this style of phone b\c i had the same problem in my store so try 2avoid it

1 of my friends has this phone...and she is annoyed with it.....becuase it restarts all the time..my 6230i does the same..but i know wat the problem is with my 6230i.my memory card...this phone has no memory card slot and sill restarts ?????? its a messed phone...my m8 she feels like throwing it..lol...sounds crazzy but i feel like doing it to my fone.a 6230i..lol.....even with the firmware upgraded this phone restarts this phone is crap like the otha slider 6280 :@

I've had this phone since May 2006, got it because it looked nice and seemed to have good spec. My friend had it before I got it and had endless problems with it and had to get a different model. Mine constantly freezes during texting and cuts out and loses the message. Also since last night it's flashing white every second (literally) and half the screen goes missing every other second. Screen's good indoors but hard to see when it's a little bright out, memory's small for mp3 files, but good for messages. Considering I've had this phone less than a year, I think it's pretty poor, wouldn't recommend it, unless it's for someone who wouldn't use it too much and isn't too bothered about all the extras.

Ive had my fone for about 6 months now and have had a numerous problems with it. I would defintely tell people to keep away from it.

Had my phone for about eight months, back to my old phone. Hangs up (white screen) everytime I try type a text message!!!! Otherwise its a great phone.

I have had the phone for about 2 years now and was pleased that it hadn't had any of the reported faults....until recently! Yep, the turning white during texting has started and now when I go into the 'sent items' folder it decides to switch off. It is just in this folder, has anyone else had this? I'm going to start looking for a new one I think!

dis fon was part of my birthday present from my boyfreind and i love it so much. unfortunately i tried putting my ptt off and is unable to switch ptt on again. Please help me set my ptt on.

Well guys, we share the same problem about this phone. I got mine last January when I had to change from my Nokia 7360. I surfed the net to look for a possible phone that would suffice me. I didn't know why this phone caught my fancy. Perhaps the features are many and are interesting at first. My second choice was the Nokia 5300. Unfortunately, I ended up with this 6111. However, at first, it seemed that it was working well. The slide design is completely eye-catching, plus the black color is amazingly extravagant. My aunt had mistakened it for a Siemens slide-up phone. Too bad for Nokia! Anyway, the display is poor, compared with those of the 5300, 6131, and other new Nokia phones. The stereo sound is great, but when you try to have a phone call through the handset, the volume is too weak,even at the max level. The camera's great, but only if the display quality had been better, this phone would also be better. The most common regret in this phone is the memory capacity. No memory card at all so the mp3 player is kind of useless too (because you can actually put up to only 7 3mb-sized songs, leaving no space for your images and other gallery files, right?). Tsk tsk! Another problem for me with phone is its shutting down whenever I slide it open or close. I think the ribbon gets sandwiched too tightly by the phone that is why it turns off. There's a lot more to say about this phone, but I think this would be enough. I'm just trying to keep up with it despite its negatives. I'll wait for the time when I'm gonna change phone again. ;)

I have been dissapointed with this phone since the day i got it- The memory space is minimal, i can only fit 7 small songs on it. A largish gap has appeared on the bottom where the phone fits together and slides up. Also the handset has been automatically switching itself off for no reason and when i turn it back on the screen just comes back on as blank white. I am extremely dissapointed with my purchase and no way do i think this was worth £119.99. If you have had similar problems with this phone please say how you solved the reaccuring problems.
