Problems from day one, unable to send SMS and MMS. Phone dies on me all the time. Brought the phone through BSHOP, lousy service, rude people.

Dear All,
This Phone looks good and feels nice. But it is just trouble and trouble. I think this is a full reject oriject from Nokia and because they needed a new model they just brought it out. everything in this phone is out, Software, hardware and GUI are not compatible with each other. After sending the phone for repair 4 times, decided to change it with a Motorola U6. Trust me Nokia was the best only but now it is the worst.

I was wondering why I am not able to send MMS messages and why I cannot receive ringtones from the internet. Whenever I try to retrieve my ringtone, a message pops up saying 'response unknown'. Can anyone help me?
Other than that, the phone is great. It's rounded!

Hey, got this phone yesterday, so far, so good but can anyone tell me if there's a way of stopping the light from flashing and just having it on all permanantly when you get an incoming call?

hi,as posted not long ago ive had my 6111 around 3 months now and im really happy with my purchase.straight away i thought im going to take great care of it,and i have until today when it fell a good 4ft to hard concrete,and thinking its stuffed or atleast the camera is.but no,the back cover come flying off and so did the battery.i carefully(hehehehe)put it back together,switched it on and i held my breath thinking will it even start up,and it did.tryed the camera,works like a treat!
gotto be happy with that,although im not over the moon about the scracthes on the case now,but the screen came through it all unscaved,flawless.

Can anyone tell me how to extend the ringing tone from 20 secs to 35? I never get to it fast enough. Only had mine a while and v happy with it.
If you're looking for a reputable one of these cheap, go to tesco.com they've got them payg, just £129 if you buy £10 airtime. Can then be unlocked for a couple of quid if needed.
I'm flogging my 8800 as i'm sick of the battery, i know it's sleeker but this is more trustworthy........

Hi, I've had this phone about 10 days and I love it. The only problem I have is I charge it overnight so its fully charged in the morning then by the evening the battery is below half. I send/receive about 20 txts per day and speak for about half an hour. Can people with this phone please let me know if theres is the same or if a have a faulty one???? Thank you

Nice phone, shame about the screen quality.... The camera is 2mg but you wouldnt know it to look at the photos on the phone.
dont even think about this phone if you have big fingers

Ive had this phone 2 weeks now n i aint had 1 problem with it! I love it, i got the pink 1 and its so kool n stylish. Its got all the things i want on a phone, eg. Loudspeaker, u can record ur own tones, camera, video. SO if u want a really gd phone n a stylish 1 then get this 1, Luvin it JoLeNE x x

hi the person who wanted to know how much in pounds the 6111 is, it is usually from about £160 to £180 depending on where you get it from, thats on pay as you go and as far as i kno its onli on o2 and tmobile (thats wat i got mine on, very good) at th minute. its also free on monthly contract. good luck XXX

I´ve had my 6111 for nearly 4 months now. It´s worked fine so far and I love it´s cool looks and small size. The opening mechanism is also enjoyable and haven´t had any problem with it. The only critizisms I have are: for my taste the lowest volume setting is still too high (louspeaker and radio),sometimes the keys seem too plasticky+headphones are crap, also you have to place it correctly next to your ear to get the best reception. Always buy your phone from a trustworthy shop/outlet and you shouldn´t have any problems. I´ve done so with the last 10 or so phones and I´ve never had any technical faults. My advice: Sometimes buying "cheap" can become "expensive". ;)

hi i work in a mobile phone repair shop and i would normally recomend nokias untill this model was released, it has two springs that flex into the cable joining the two halves together and it slices into the cable, it is the stupidest design i have ever seen, lg hooker your lcd is fine u need to replace this cable. If u want a demostration of how this cable is cut into please send me a email.

i really want this phone!!! lol its sooo cute n nice with gr8 features!! love it only problem is not no ow much it is so if any1 know it wood b gr8 if u posted the amount in english pounds for me and other lovers of this phone who want it but dnt no how much it costs!! thanks!!

This phone is beautiful specialy in pink!, but no memory card slot!!! what's 23 MB? that's isn't enought.

hey i gt mine on contract bt they jus sent the fone, no usb, no box or hands free kit. ne1 else get it like that.
