dont let forums put you off getting this fone! it looks so cool along with al of its features! the whole point in a forum is to complain and moan, just think bowt all the others who dont even search for these coz their fones are perfect!! il be buyin one anyway! in pink :D x

erm.. i can't seem to change the messaging font size to small..
does anyone else have this problem too?

I am really angry with Nokia. They said the software problem with this phone was fixed which is why I got it. I rang up and they said...you guessed it...it's a software problem and needs to be sent away. I am not impressed. I hope the people of Nokia realize they need to sort out the glitches with this phone once and for all.

Hi Everyone,
I need some help. I've had no problems with this phone up until today. Whenever I try accessing my 'Names' my phone switches itself off then turns back on again. I can't get to my contact list.
Any Ideas?

I bought the Nokia frosted Pink phone sim free yesterday from The Carphone Warehouse. Firmware V1. 3.45. Lovely little handset!

i want to get the nokia 6111,but from a friend's previous experience,her slide phone's sliding mechanism wasnt that smooth after some time anymore.was it because she always slide in and out?or because she dropped it too often?

regarding the time for your smses.. ya hafta adjust your clock setting. under 'settings' go to 'time and date'. after that go to 'clock' and select 'time zone'. set it according to your GTM.

my frosted pink is super cute ler!! the batt bit low but what the heck, me luv it~! slide smooth, dun give me problems, though the camera can be better... still, itz super cute~! *muackz* cheers~ >_

Mine is fantastic. The battery life is very good and the slide is very smooth as well. I have no problem with presing 0 button or any other; they work perfectly as they should. Very stylish and practical phone

I got this phone 3 weeks ago! I regret getting this phone. It switched off by it self and auto gone back back to factory settings. I have to change the tones all the times. Plus battery gone off quickly.
Anyone know weather nokia have longer lasting battery for nokia 6111?

i got one about 3 weeks ago cause i swapted it from the nokia flip 6101 let me tell you that is a crap phone i always had problems with it so i finialy gave it in and swaped it for nokia 6111 and i have never been happier, so i reccommend this phone just take care of it

Battery ran out quickly.
Normal font is too large.
Only noamal font available for selection on phone. Slide mechanism not good.

this phone was the biggest waste of money ever!!! everytime i push the "0" button it automatically connects me to the web! i have to push +353 or +44 just to make calls to my family and friends...i cant just use the usual 078...etc. at the minute it is with o2 for repairs...but i dont know if i want it nemore...i think i might jus throw it into the irish sea! piece of piss for a fone like! really awful. only good thing about it is the look...but even at that it feels plasticy! real waste of nokias time and money...surprising to have such a shotty fone frm a company hu never let us down in the past! SHAME ON U NOKIA!

This phone is soooooo bad!
had this phone for about 2 weeks and the sliding mechanism is already dodgy and getting stuck half way through. then it lead to the phone having a white screen when i slide it open... and now, all i get is a white screen, and it also turns off by itself. i would NEVER recommend this phone to anyone. I know it's really attractive, (which is obviously one of the reasons why i bought this phone) but it is completely unreliable and now i think im just going to return this phone to the shop and actually get a better phone, because this phone is truly useless.

Second, I've had this phone for about a month and am completely satisfied. Just take better care of it sheesh. =)
