i had my 6120c but it is so unpleasant the dictionary it is not working and i bring it to nokia care they didnt know how fix it

I am using E50. But am not pleased of it. Nokia 6120 is better functional phone. I like it very much. Its color ,resulation, 3G, memory slots, speed, 3rd party app. Support,camera, not loud but cristal clear sound, size etc. All are attractive to me.Almost simply its a very fine and problem solved phone. hello,
plz help me i buy brand new nokia 6120 classic,when i make 1st call then i listen its voice burst or cracked on full volume but in low volume it is clear.i m not asking about loud speaker,i m asking about speaker which in up from display and left side near from secondary camera.
every thing well working.but only one problem in my brand new cell plz help me what is problem.it is setting problem or speaker problem

hiiii... these phone have abig problem in soft wear .. i have one frome 1 year and 3monthes and Suddenly not except to open without any reason and then i found its softwear and i try to fixed but not excepted any new soft wear

It is very good mobile bt it has major prblm it has no wi-fi(WLAN) Or Battery prblm.and i want a wi-fi in this mobile

i have bought this phone bcuz i like this phone,but when i buy this phone and make first call then i feel that voice of speaker sparking(no clear) on full volume,but in low volume it is clear.plz help me and tell me what i do now.should i claim warrenty or not.
