This phone is the best deal of the moment !! I've got it for only 99euro's at Vodafone a few days ago and i am very fond of it !! It is a faster phone then most of the N series (that is the job of the ARM11 CPU). The pictures are medium good ... but only with the light from the flash they will be kind of bad, in order to make a nice photo you must have an external light source. The mp3's sound very nice with the standard headphones, the display is well iluminated. The only thing that is not so good is that in the package you don't have a memory card :( .... but that can be fixed with 25 euros at every electronic store and you will have a 2gb one.

I really appreciate your sharing of your opinion Jon2! I think I will go for Nokia 6120. I have a need for speed and the "camera flash" striked me! =D

One more question: I have tried viewing Excel and Word doc from my friend's phone before, but I dont know if I could really edit the document from my phone. I understand you still have to subscribe (w/ cost) to avail of the Symbian OS' full functionality. Is that true?

It will be really cool if I could edit my MS Word or MS Excel document without addl cost.

      Thanks again for your kindness!

        @ Pxj1

The advantages of Nokia 6233 against Nokia 6120 classic are the stereo speakers and VGA video resolution. Besides that, everything is in favor of Nokia 6120 classic.

If you're on a tight budget, 6233 is the best for you. You won't miss too much of the features in 6120 classic.

Nokia 6120 classic has HSDPA (about 8x faster than 3G), a 2.5mm headset jack, 16M color TFT display, camera flash, and latest Symbian OS

I could not decide what to buy, between 6120 and 6233, except for 6120 having symbian OS, dual camera and 16m color display. what are the overwhelming difference between the two, that I should favor 6120?

The difference in cost is around 2,000.

          I will appreciate your advice.

This phone is so great. I used to think to bye Nokia 6267, but when I found out information about this phone, I don't have doubt anymore. It's perfect (at least for me)

battery life is not that bad if only used for calling and 2 hrs of music, as battery has to be charged 7+ time hold it for longer time.

A solution for the heat problem is to switch your phone to GSM Network only.It will hardly heat at all even after 15min of talktime. Enjoy its a uber-great phone

no, this phone just made to fix that hang problem with fast processor and double ram.
                          It can handle 4gb microSD.

maybe u can try this, go to menu->tools->sett.wiz->operator
                            and let it flow.
                            I hope it will work.

I suggest you guys go with this phone. It's absolutely great and speedy! The white 6120 is freaking gorgeous. It's a smaller, better, lighter and faster version of N73 (which I also had before).

buy it, u Won't regret it.:)

The only difference between the 6120 and 6121 is the type of connection they have. The 6121 has GSM900, the 6120 has EGSM 900. (among others)In some countries the GSM-900 band has been extended to cover a larger frequency range. This 'extended GSM', E-GSM, uses frequency range 880 - 915 MHz (uplink) and 925 - 960 MHz (downlink), adding 50 channels (channel numbers 975 to 1023 and 0) to the original GSM-900 band.
