bla , i think u r right ,, i think all phones sold in europe & USA don,t have such heating problems ,, cause health & safty admins won,t allow such a thing & as u c there was 100 case of BL-%C over heat in europe so they R re-collect those battries,, i say one thing ,, come to egypt , let,s see if they ever change a single battry in egypt ,,, besids ,, all orginal nokia battries that come in the package R made in china ,, not like the fancy europe battries ( made in Japan ) .

well , to tell u the true ,, i don,t care about overheated battries as much as care for a longer standby time .

so bla u have any idea if there is a bigger battery power that fits in 6120 ? 1000 or 1200ma one?

            To rj:
I think that a firmware upgrade should resolve that problem with the videos. If u have the latest one, u will need to wait a little more to get tha newest firmware. Generally the majority of the problems get resolved with firmware upgrades

I understand that the Hong Kong versions seem to be heating up more than they ought to.

The phones sold in Europe do not have this problem.

6120c is a great hand set taking in account the size and price. Nokia could have made it greater by putting a more powerful battery, making the keyboard bigger and giving the choice to select the screen resolution. For the 16M color resolution, the text size is small. and also by putting stereo speakers, which would have made it little bit heavier but that is not a big issue.
But there are 3rd party software to change the text size, and also to get unlimited voice recording time which makes up for all the shortfalls that some people might take against the 6120c.

                                  hi again every one ,,

after 2 weeks using that phone here is another review & they R mainly on the battry & charging ,, which is the one bad thing about that phone
                                  :

1- while charging ,, the phone gets worm ( the whole phone ) espicially on the cover of the battery
2- if u use 3.5G or played a game & BT was on ,, the phone gets worm in 2 minutes
3- if u talked in it for 10 minutes , the phone gets worm
4- the battry never stayed more than a day with me ,, may be less .
5- i notice that on nokia website the BL5B is 820ma power ,, but the BL5B that comes withthe phone have the writing 890ma ?? & on gsmarena they say 890 too ??? very strange ?
6- the battery take 80 minutes to get a full charge as they say on manual , but if u left the charger in the phone & browes internet ,, the phone start to start charging every 2 minutes ,, which mean the internet really suck baatery power ( i,m not sure if other phone do the same or what cause i didn,t have the chance to try it ) even if its was on EGPRS & closed 3.G the same happened .
7- the charger AC4-E output is 890ma ( which is the battery power ) & technically i think that is wrong ? cause normally to recharge a rechargeble battery u should use 1/4 to 1/2 it,s main power to recharge to get the most of battery & make it live longer . & i tried to use the old ACP-7E with 150ma output to longer the stand by time but it was the same ,, only defferent is it took 3.5 hours to get a full charge .
8- one last thing i should mention ,, some may think my battry is not original ,, but for the info ,, i authenticated on nokia site & it,s original . & i read in other forum that some people have the same (phone gets worm ) problem during there daily use .

i really wish the people who got that phone & the technical people or any nokia Technical personal who browse this review tell me hi opinian in that or how the phone act with him in power ( charge & standby time )

one final word i shuld mention ,, the phone in all aspect is really gr8 ,, it only need some modification in the power cuircit which i hope Nokia could fix in the nxt firmware update & don,t need a hardware upgrade , cause in egypt there is noway u can get the same service u get in europe ( i don,t think nokia agents in egypt will change the BL-5C defected nokia battries like they do in europe ) ..

                                      BTW,

There is no GPS receiver on either the 6120c or the 6121c. However, there still is a possibility of loading maps for viewing only.

Both the 6120c and the 6121c have 3G but different bands (intended for different parts of the world).

However, the 6120c will come in two versions:
                                        - one with 3g
                                        - one without 3g -- I suppose intended for the North American market which doesn't yet fully support the technology.
