@music lover
6120 has only one loudspeaker, so you can't play the music in stereo quality like on the 6233.

This fone could have been the PERFECT fone in the earth, if it had:
        1. WLAN
        2. 3D Speakers (same of 6233 not like on N73/6290)
        3. A powerfull battery

But don't ever think a fone company like nokia will make a PERFECT fone. Then no need to make other models in futre..they will close shop and go home..lol

The 6120 classic does not seem meant to be the successor of the great 6233.
First of all, the 6120 runs on Symbian OS. This cannot be considered necessarily a drawback, but the successful 62xx series (6230, 6230i, 6233) gained it popularity also because of its fast, stable interface based on the Series 40 platform.
Secondly, when compared to the 6233, the new 6120 is missing some features like the 3D stereo speakers and the IR port. Also, the battery life seems to be weaker.
To sum up, I think that Nokia should release sooner or later a 6233i that would have a better camera (possibly a 2nd camera for video calls) and support HSDPA.

i'm really sick and tired of reading posts from people who are clearly being paid by other mobile companies to highlight the limitations of certain phones. you PR companies are so lame.

for the person asking below, here are technical specs of 6120c and N95 [and 5700 my next target!] official hardware installed:

                                http://forum.nokia.com/devices/6120

                                http://forum.nokia.com/devices/N95

                                http://forum.nokia.com/devices/5700

N95 myt hav a slower cpu clock rate than 6120c and 5700 but bare in mind dat N95 has dual core CPUs! making it faster!

                                  Hatim,

I agree that the N73 is better in many ways, but your forgetting that this phone has a much faster processor than the N73 and also it supports HSDPA which the N73 doesnt have and it has GRPS class 11, the N73 has class 10!

So your only missing out on the 3MP camera which is pretty crap anyway, and the 3D sound as you put it. Other than that, your getting a much better phone and it should be a lot cheaper than the N73 too.

I cannot beleive it. I am sure to buy this phone at the mentioned price. Even the camera is only 2MP, the features really make it value for money. Hope to get it once it is officially launched. Can't wait.

so is there going to be a version with no HSDPA when the phone comes out and does anyone know the price for that phone?

this is the beginning of Nokia's NEW low end phones as we will see their flag ship E & N series become more of ultra mobile computers. Every new low end phone in not too far future will be a smartphone while the high end phones will be replaced by Ultra Mobile Computers (i.e: HTC Shift) as the size will shrink year by year. this phone is really nice by the way!!

question: does this "6120" have a faster processor then the E90/N95 369Mhz vs. 330Mhz????
