i get 4 days with regular phone usage.. and 3 days if i play around with the videocamera and whatnot!

really? so this phone is not really nice? but i was able to read the review and its just like all praises was given to this phone. well, yes i'm also thinking of getting a sony ericsson phone again but what model? most of my colleagues are using nokia phones (6680, 3230, n70) and what's good about it is its os, they can download new features on their phones just like video tones and sony sony doesnt support that...now im in a dilemma of what phnoe to buy...

Well, I send and receive about 10 MSG daily and talk about 5-15 minutes. I don't listen to the radio niether take a lot of pictures. But in the beginning I will browse a lot :D And I turn off the mobile at night.
But you can't buy better battery, can you?

GERWIN don't buy this phone for it's camera... buy a SE. trust me, i have this phone and it makes good pics only in natural light...

bluetooth 2.0 definitely can support A2DP profile, but for some reason or other this nokia seems VERY, VERY reluctant to include it in their bluetooth 2.0 phones.

i tot this fon supports bluetooth 2.0 = it can support BT stereo headset!

Does the 6131 supports the Bluetooth A2DP (Advanced Audio Ditribution Profile) ?
I mean, would it be possible to play audio music to a Bluetooth stereo headset like the Motorola HT820 using the 6131?

of course, VS3 has active TFT with 300Cd/m^2. this is what makes me not sure if nokia's brighter.

I don't know, I read about others oppinions on the internet but they are not satisfied with the battery ... And I am now scared to buy this mobile :(
Do Nokia have any plans to ?develop? any flip mobile soon?

Well the 6131 has 16.7 million colours,the vs3 has 16.5 million, and the 6131 has an Active TFT but i dont think the vs3 does.

Can anyone tell me how the screen compares with Panasonic VS3? I now own VS3 and the screen is just amazing and soooo bright with 300Cd/m^2. I am just curious if 6131 has at least the same level of brightness and clearness.
Can anyone help?
Coz i don't want to but a new phone if the screen degrades from my previous one.

Only one day with little use? I dont think that's right, I mean, my 6131 has a good battery lifetime, specially if you consider the dimensions of both screens and its resolutions.
I'd say that if I talk 30min, take some pictures, recieve/send 10-15 sms the battery will live, at least (!), 3 days.

Really? Because here everybody told me that the battery "works" only one day when they had talked 30 minutes and took 5 photos. But do you turn off the mobile at night?

guys i got hold up last june 12 in cubao(waaaaahhhhh), i have the k600 phone..now im using t630, it is really a toootal downgrade but now i'm starting to save for a good phone..what capable camera phone can you suggest? i'm thinking of having nokia 6131, will it be a good choice? i actually want a phone with the same features as my "be-gone" k600 with better camera (if possible 3g capable) with external memory support...very nice design and less software problems...pls help me...

when playing the mp3, is it continuous? an option if you want a continuous play or just a single song? also, is there an organizer for the mp3's? can it play wma? is the sound quality good?

well, I recieve/send around 10 sms, I speak 20-30min and I might hear music through the loudspeaker (30min)all daily and usually the battery lives 4 days.
I really dont see a battery problem ih here, specially when I compare it to other cell phones I had (like the SE K700i).
I love this phone and I highly recomend it!

Could you please tell me how long the battery "works"? Because I like this mobile very much but I want good battery.
