i've used this phone for about 3 months...
it only hangs when i close the slide when the camera is on, i always turn on the g sensor, and it always works properly...
i have not experienced any other problems, it works properly...

I love the way the phone looks. fits perfectly in my hand. It has great features like that quick office. I do how ever have a problem with the battery life, key pad and the screen. The key pad is falling apart and is hard. The Screen scratches easily and the battery life is appaulling especially if you're using the navigation.

this phone is much better than Nokia N96. Works really well and is not as slow as Nokia N96. Best choice to go for at the moment in the Nokia range!!

The only problem is its battery time which gives only one and half day and starts discharging (but i think it is the problem of most of the sets). As a general recommendation its a good cell phone.

when you turn on its G sensor, it will hang very easily.

this phone has some problems in it. it does not show the name of the person who is calling even it is stored in my contacts but it shows the number. sometimes the phone says insert sim card,inspite of having in it. hangs once in a day for sure. then you need to take out the battery and restart it. its sure a waste of money.. sorry nokia this was a bad one.

Guys wht eva you say wrng abt this 4ne is nt true.6210 is jst an a simple and sophisticated phone,its absolutely beautiful,you dont have to think twice.yah everythng works perfect.i gues the critics

Nokia 6210 Navigator has a problem of hanging during any function. Buying this set is just waste of money.

i wish to buy this phone but would like to know if anyone has used the voice command to dial out, my bluetooth handsfree will do this for a compatible phone, how i find out if its compatible is the worry.

Second, the warranty won't pay your stupid usage of the phone. If you can't use a real phone, buy a dummy one! Warranty is for errors made by us, not by a stupid user like you.

Hello, still no one who can help me with the 'no caller id' problem i have with the phone? The damn thing seems to have a mind of it's own on thit item. Further than that it works fine. The only 'little bummer' whas the missing of smiley's. but oke. The moment the caller id will come on as it rings i'll be very happy :-)

Read your your review/comparision and recommendation on the 6210 vs 6220. It was quite helpful. I have been reading up on both these phones as I need to decide among the both of them. So far, after going through the specs and recommendations on the net, its come down I think to only three major things.
1. The RAM difference between 6220 Classic and the 6210 is that the 6220 has 80MB of Free Executable RAM Memory whereas 6210 has only 20MB.
2. The 6210 has a magnetometer whereas the 6220 does not.
3. The Camera features on 6220 are better due to the megapixel count and the xenon flash.
The rest are the same. These phones even will even give higher end N series a run for their money. So I think it comes down to the intended use of the phone. I am expecting to use the phone as my secondary phone (I use an iPhone 2G) to be used for navigation, sports tracker and more rough uses so I am leaning towards the 6210.
I believe the the 6210 is the only recent Nokia phone which has a magnetometer. Even the high end N series dont seem to have it! The only thing missing in the 6210 to make it a great Navigator phone is the camera features of the 6220.
My concern here is just one; Does the 20MB free RAM thing compromise the performance of the 6210 when it comes to using multiple applications/video? Have you experienced any problem when you as such due to lack of memory in using any application?

You can find your own cellphone code by looking in garmin display, section 'about'. By using crack, generate your new sw.unl code. Copy sw.unl file into computer. Change the sw.unl code via your computer, NOT HANDPHONE via mass storage. Delate sw.unl file in your handphone. Replace the sw.unl that you change the code into handphone.
Run the garmin program. Enjoy your free illegal garmin gps software for free. However, my friends (using samsung)and i(using 6210) have one problem. After several weeks, the signal of gps is takes so long to detected at initial stage. it also affected nokia original gps software and gps data. Sometimes you have to restart the handphone or open close the program.
i dont know why.... can anyone help?
