get ATP 512MB MMC cards, they are one of the fastest and works great with the 6230 no lag time. BTW, the processor of the 6230 is very fast, check out this link for compatible MMC cards:

To Gin,
Do you own this phone? I have it in my hand. So I can tell you the difference about the time it needs to take to read the card.
Why I said that? When you insert a card and switch on the phone, then go to your MMC storage, it initally scan all the files available in the MMC Card. if you have a larger size of MMC card, it surely takes longer time to read. Afterall, it plays all the files (i.e. mp3) normally with no problem.

The phone does support 512 mb cards and I have not heard of any speed problems. Check the card first.

It may not be a good idea to equip this phone with a large memory size of MMC card because the processor of this phone is slow.

it is not officially supported to use 512MB howvever the phone can read the card at a very slow speed.

MOTO E398 is a good replacement for this phone. It has better screen and removable memory. 3D sound to boot! I will go for Moto E398.

Thanks LG, I heard that SE P900 only support up to 128MB Memory Stick Duo and with no buit-in FM Radio. These are mostly the factors whether I should go for P900.
I am currently have a 256MB MMC in my N6230, however the phone is slow for this size of memory card. The FM Radio is good anyway.
