I have this phone to and this phone is not coooooooooool at all,yah it has good features,but than again.
The tiny screen,the sound,battery life when you play poor MP3 it's sucks
So borring interface and limit record.What is the point of MMC slot?
Yoe can store poor Mp3 file and picture's and limit record movies,you cannot record movies direct to the MMC slot,waht a pointless crap.
I sell my 6230 and buy a good phone like Samsung or SE.
I was mislead by many Nokia fans here.This is not good

Can someone tell me if the MMC Card can be used to expand the text messaging and phonebook capacity?? Or is it fixed to 150 and 1000??

i have one too and i can tell that this phone is cooooooooooooool !! good sound and good features ....for me the best until the sendo x will be available ;}

I just came from a mobile phone shop and after using the phone I can just say it is great. Although it's very small it has a lot of good features. If there are any bugs in the first batches they can be fixed by downloading a new software at Nokia shops. The only model by SE to compete with this one is S700 but it will not be here for a long while.

I went to a cell phone shop today, which start selling the Nokia 6230. For the sake of interests, I grabbed the actual phone and played for awhile. I am just happy about the performance although it is quite fully featured. For example, I tried to play the mp3 by using the loudspeaker, the sound is really loud but it often comes broken sound. Tried to test the FM radio function, the sounds from the broadcast isn't really that clear.
I would probably rate this phone 7 out of 10.
