in answer toliams question yeah they do turn themselves off.mine use to crash now and again.thyat was the only bad thing about it really though.with technology its better to concentrate on the positive side of things.little bugs like that can generally be ignored,unless its consistent.

hiya people, i would just like to ask a couple of things. firstly, is it common for my 6230 to turn off then turn back on again when using bluetooth? beacuse my brother has one and he says it is. and i would like to know how, if possible, i can play the music from my mem card in the music player because the music player only seems to recognise songs on the phones memory. would much appreciate any replies to liamp_itfc@btinternet.com

Fair do's nokia this phone is the absolute boom ting i liked it the minuter i saw it,and when i got it,it served me well for the whole 10 monthes i had it.....then i lost it in town in cardiff when i was on the piss.Oh well ive got a 7610 now as a stand in until the nokia N91 decides to show up which will hopefully be soon.

Hi,
I have some answers for the people who asked questions. for mrs.jenny: ma'am u told that memory is full but memory card is empty, so the reason is that u are not saving the recieved contents in memory card slot. U are saving bluetooth recieved items in ur fone. the internal memory of fone is only 6 mb so it must be full. Secondly can recieve mp3s via bluetooth. if aint working may be there is problem in the bluetooth device or ur phone's bluetooth. Use Nokia PC suite for best results.....
In short the N6230 is da best.

hy.. i have this phone since june 2005 and i am using all i can.. the pics in the evening r not that good, but in the day it's ok. i listen a lot of radio, mp3 and i connect it with my computer by infrared and it's working very good.

glad because i had one,a while ago.now i am testing the nokia6260,and i'm hoping to get a 6230 or 6230i soon.Like very much the design,perfectly bussines,everything that you have dream is in a small handy.Now i am using a symbian model with a lot of aplications installed on my 6260,butdon't use all of them.
And another thing:Nokia 6230 has an mp3 player more performant than other symbian phone on the market(off course at this price).
Go get one,and you will never regrate.I'll go soon........

Great business phone, not too interested in the fuctions such as camera etc. One thing I would like to know is why does the time have to continually scroll down the LCD? Can't it be set to remain in one place? I am not technical but could do with knowing how to alter this if possible.

This is one of the best fones ever, it has cool features, its sleek, small and beautiful. Its true hey dynamite comes in small packages big up to Nookia!!!!!

The best. All their features works good. I had been this year 16 phones (4 3G) but no one so equilibrated. When crash, i will buy another one. Their sustitute the 6230i is better in screen but the batery only 1 day out and the more resolution works lower.. and the graphics so bad. (sorry for my english).
