Ey, does anybody has streaming problems with the 6230i? When i play my 3gp movie's, the phone just reboots or gets a white screen. Lot of bugs, even for a nokia. My software is 03.23, do anybody knows if there is a update for it ? BTW the SE k750 maybe has some better technologies but the design sucks!I rather have a nokia with bugs all over , then a ugly phone...

Download the latest nokia pc suite which is 6.5, that what am using with my DKU-2 cable and it works fine.

For GIVENCE, yes it the nokia 6230i does work with the dk2-2 cable

SE K750 is way better than N 6230i and better than S D500! Think about the camera, we're talking about a 2.0MP(K750) vs. a 1.3MP(N6230i), i'm not saying that the camera on the N6230i is bad but there's a big difference between them! So go for the K750!!!

hi
i just traded my 6230 for 6230i...this phone is great...the display and sound quality are awesome....i just got a problem, i made a backup from my 6230 with pc suite and the dku-2 cable, and now my computer doesn't recognize 6230i, does anybody know if 6230i works with dku-2 cable, or do i have to buy another cable?
i would really appreciate it

stay with d500, it has all functions you need plus great design, and the feel of a samsung is much better then nokia.
spend the money on other things, humanitarian things... go help a neighbor.

Hi
Can anybody let me know if they are have trouble sending ringtones or mp3's via multimedia, it keeps coming up "file format not supported" i have been in touch with nokia and they have said that ringtone/mp3 companies and nokia have got together and decided that all new nokia phones have a forwarding lock on them stopping you sending ringtones and mp3's. This cannot be right i mean would you buy a phone if you new you could not send downloaded rintones or mp3's? i think not. I think there is a fault, if anybody out there as the new nokia 6230i please try sending a downloaded ringtone or mp3 and let me know how you went on.

Teddibear- Go with the k750. This thing is a nightmare of bugs and inconsistencies. I'm on my third one and it's going back too. Bluetooth problems, mp3 problems, you name it and there's a problem for it. My worst Nokia ever hands down.

I bought this phone 3 weeks ago because my old SE t68i failed to start up :(( i'm not a phone maniac but I'm very dissapointed by the battery - it lasts no more than 30-40 hours the most. This is the biggest problem I have with this phone ! Where can I complain !?

When I connect Hand Free HDS-3 to my 6230i, phone detect the handfree & i can operate the radio. but i can't here anything into the headphones. Headphone is working properly. are there any setup need to the phone?

which phone is better: K750 or N6230i?!
I have a 3230 now, but I want a better MP3 player! And the camera quality should be equal or better to mij N3230..
I wanted the next items in my phone:
MP3 player, good camera, fm-radio etc

I'm very happy of usinng nokia mobile phone. And after buying of 6230i ,I find a lot of advantage in it ,but the big disadvantage is related of battry .And second problem is on the mouse key in mobile , for example for delete of some message when you want to use of mouse key ,you must use from "top left"key and you cant use from mouse key for select.
