I was gonna buy 6230. Now, i version gonna be out, let me wait until it is released. Interestingly, this gonna be the only phone in the whole-wide-world just suitable for me (a) small size to fit in my jeans (b) mp3 player with lots of space on mmc card and (c) calendar to remind me birthdays and anniversaries. (If only SE phones had repeatable schedule in it's calendar system, I might have opted them. Nokia really does extensive research in User-Friendliness and hence is a winner).

The only reason I am staying with Nokia is because they have JUST the correct software/feature set I need in a phone. SE, Samsung are better in screen, design etc but software-wise, looks like have been developed by college-dropouts. (Except SE P series phones). Could Nokia 6230i be a breakthrough!!??

Nokia's best fone in screen, weight, functions. only thin that matters is, can java applications like Agile messenger be installed on it, coz it doznt have Symbian

JB, im NOT a chinese.
the fact is, i like nokia.
i said nokia strongest point is the 'user friendly'.
samsung has the best design, while se has the best feature. thats 'i m o', okay?
nokia best design so far is 6170, again 'i m o'... but look at the feature!
6230 is great phone in it's era.
but not 6230i... whoops... again 'i m o'... okay?

nokia phones are the best of the best.i am eager to see the latest nokia 6230i because i love the older one - 6230.nokia phones are the only ones,which do not have any software problems

look its a good phone, but still nokias are just way too overpriced, i think the motorola's coming out and all the new samsungs will give it a run, and i mean a good run for its money

i love this phone cuz i love the 6230 which is extremely userfriendly and has a nice interface. This new edition of the 6230 has everything in it. :D

i also admire this hp cuz it offers good specs than 6260 ( bcuz of the vga cam is 0.3 MP ), so i tot that this phone is much better. Once I found out that 6260's cam so bad, I din 1 2 buy that hp, although other specs are good.
Anyway, I also wanna know when 6230i will arrive in Malaysia. I think it's about about time to change my Nokia 8250. Lol.. what an old model. I wanna know the price for ori and AP as well. Pls do msg me if you got any news. TQ.

Hey, ppl are asking the cost of this mobile, i dont know for sure but i would b definatly thinking around $900-1000 aus, that is not a sure figure tho, hope it helps

No big diffrence, only the camera is now 1.3MP but the screen and everything else is the same as the old 6230.

nokia is way far behind and i dont think this year they can compete with samsung or SE although im agree that they are user-friendly but then they dont live up to the standard for this year..so i dont think i will be getting any nokia phones for now until they have come out with some nice phone like samsung or SE but currently im using n6600 and im quite satisfite about it last time when i just bought it...but come on nokia...u should have b ahead of them instead of stayin with the old fashion phone!!

I used to wonder why my boyfriend used to go Ga Ga over the 6230..but after goin thru the mobile i feel..It deserves his admiration...eagerly awaitin the 6230i..
