It is one reliable phone. I had mine for little over 2 years and still kicking. Just replaced the cover plate and it looks as good as new.

I am just so sad that I Lost my 6230 a couple weeks ago. and I still cant find a better phone for this replacement. A long life durable reliable phone that I had it for 3 years. I am so proud of my phone in front of my other frds newly phone. sigh ... I even look up the ebay and wanted to buy a new 6230 ...

Great phone this 6230i
mines 3 Years old and everything still works perfectly.
its been used and abused so much, yet still works

"Stereo Widening" option is enabled in this mobile??? Nokia 6233 is not 3d sound coz the "stereo Widening" option is disabled but Nokia 6300 is enabled the "Stereo Widening" option n no Stereo Widening then ur ear was gone quickly.

i have got a 6230i it was inmerse in water but is working eell only one problrms it desnt sound when someoneelse ringin up appairec on screem a mesagge silent please some body can tellme if I only needd to change the speaker ? is the best brave phone I ever have .

I have been using this phone since May 2005 ,and it still works great , why change the phone because of a weak battery , but if you want an upgraded version of this awesome phone , buy the 6233 or 6234

love the 6230i. used for past 3 years but now need to upgrade as battery about to die on me ! any comments on the closest phone to this - one tha is easy to use, decent size keys, with camera. thanks !
