my phone battery doesnt stay too long its drops after 1 hour , i changed the battery but it doesnt work plz can any one help me?

This phone even up to date, is still one of Nokia best classics in my opinion. It tops all phones I have seen. I know a few of my friends who have also had this phone around the same time I got mine. They felt like a change and I told them, nothing will beat this.
They got a another latest Nokia but ended up buying this phone yet again.
The keypad is so comfortable to use too. It is a very efficient, reliable and sturdy little phone. Fast when moving from one folder to another. I am so far, not even in the slightest- interested in another phone. Highly recommended.

Well I own a 6230 and 6681 but never had a 6230i. I just can say that after 2 years 6230 is a great phone, never failed, droped +100 times and still have the original casing, great soun quality, loud speaker, very fast, and good battery life (3 days using functions). In my country it costs 100 us and 6230i costs 170 so here is a great difference. It´s up to you to chose which one you prefer and how much price difference between these phones is.

In review about an EDGE issue not display "We have been informed that Nokia's developers have already started correcting that problem, so it should be fixed in the next firmware". But Still pending this issue!

Had this set in august 2005, its a great phone, dropped it few times, still everything is perfect, thanks to the leather case by nokia (bought seperatly)! Excellent battery time, and alot of features to play with! Its a great phone, simple i love it!:)!

in april 2008 i have 2 years with my 6230i ... is a very good phone ... problems ? no ! nothing ... is still working perfectly and i can say that i banged it a lot of times, it was in pieces ... but i put them back together and surprise ... is working ! good work NOKIA ! and i have to say that is made in germany ;)

had the fone for 2 1/2 years now,it' still works perfectly. got 512mb on it. one of the best phone ever made ny nokia!

I have my 6230I for 2years now, and it never gave me any problems thusfar. As the comparison between the 6230 and the 6230I... 6230 better sound quality with medeocre vga camera... 6230I more user friendly, more on_board memory, megapixel camera...else its a all in 1... radio, mp3, internet, bluetooth and who needs more then that...

my 6230i stores 150 messages and then gives a message saying *message memory low*
dont think it would store 300 ?

is greet i will not change it is a superb phone it restarts some times but is ok in romania is a very popilar phone i love it

300 messages is the limit!i tryed it and 300 is the limit...if there are more than 300 messages the phone displayes a message of low sms memory....

To the person below me:
I don´t think is possible to listen the radio without plugged earphones. First because the earphones cable serves as antenna. Second: I saw many false videos like one of a 3250 with the GTA San Andreas game and it was only a video played in fullscreen mode. I had 6230 and I never found a way to listen to radio without earphones.
but maybe installing another antenna (but I don´t know how to do it, it´s only my hypotessis)this feature could work. Good luck
