The funny thing is that in the past I used to hate Nokia for its ignorance of or insuficient attention to phone features other than core-to-a-phone ones, but then I came to the understanding that Nokia is a PHONE manufacturer, you hear me - P H O N E !

Hey you guys, is there any1 staying and still asking for and about opinions on this phone? DON'T ask ever again, this phone is simply the BEST !!! Even if any producer even Nokia makes a phone in 50 years, which washes clothes, does ironing, plays DVD disks, fires on terrorists, does the job of a fridge/freezer and so on, 6230i will remain as the best phone ever made !!!

Its my dream phone. very compact and having all the feature like camer, video, mp3, radio, blutooth etc. its great I love it very much. NOKIA IS BEST

the battery does not last long. it only lasts a few hours but apart from that the phone is state ot the art

Its a great phone with great features. the software is really fast not like those symbian phones.i really love the mp3 player in it.its so cool as you can have large number of mp3 if ur using the 512mmc.
but i was wondering if the ericsson K750i is better.i think it is.

Great Phone, Great Features, I was having a Nokia 7250i switched to 6230i.
It's screen is small as compared to other nokia phones. But that was my requirement.
It's been a great help from GSM arena and you all people who have posted the opinions.
Before buying this handset i have compared with almost every handsets to my budget and i was was suprised it's the only handset which is having really all hidden powers.
The Sound is great, Till now i did not had any software problems.
to sum up BEST PHONE. the next version of it is nokia 6233,6234.

hey guyz!!!those who have just bought a 6230i please check your firmware(*#0000#)V3.62 dated November 4, 2005.....the phone turns off everytime you connect to GPRS...my phone has been replace twice already same version, same date,...SAME PROBLEM!!

It's one of the smartest phones Nokia ever came up with. I do not need a bulky phone that has all the features packed into it. Hey, I've got my pc at home. let it do all the organizin' and stuff. Besides, i got everything i need in this phone.:-)

I buy it one mounth ago and I'm stiil happy that I did it.
I use to have a Nokia 6100 but this is exactly what I needed.
I would like to know how much does it cost one 512Mb aaaaaamemory card for this and from where I can order it?

6230i!!!! WoWeeee!!! Best Damn Phone!!!! Nothn can beat dis phone!!! Great Job Nokia!!! 32 internal mem?!? Wow 2 big 4 a phone that size!!!! Real Affordable!!!! Love this phone!!!!

This is the best phone you can get, I am using it since last six months. It rocks.
Everything is there blutooth,mp3,radio,camera,gprs and what not? I am so happy about my decision. The only problem or feature enhancement I want nokia to do is to put a 'FLIGHT MODE' so, I can listen to music like ipod even in my weekly flights.
