@dani,fuzion,lester,carloud, so im saying that this phone is best because i always think that 2 inch screen is pocketable whereas 1.8 is too small and 2.2 too big. one of my friend has IMATE JASJAR but for no use,yeah that phone got everything wifi,3g and lots more,he just buy it because of its big screen to showoff but whats the pro man mine 6233 beats that rubbish in multimedia department. that phone has got largest dispaly that i have seen in a mobile phone.that rubbish is even costiler than N95. so who uses wifi and 3g. so thats a NONSENSE phone for normal people. so thats the difference between a NONSENSE and NONONSENSE mobile. a mobile must got a solid construction,good dispay under sunlight,good keypads,good battery life.so 6233 has got all this.

@lester, i put 6233,NGAGE CLASSIC>SAMSUNG D600 as the nononsense mobiles in the last 5 years because whenever you see them you will fall in love with them. all of them were ahead of other phones in their time,and still are.you see whenever you go in 6233 forum no one is compalaining about this phone.even when i read any editor review he only gives 7 to 7.5 to this mobiles whereas customer always answer with 9 to 10. i have seen very few people who say that they dont like this phone. see, to me buitup quality is very important. i was going to buy 5700 which got so much in packaging, but its builtup quality was very cheap plastic type, and it got joystic. i never like joystic, D pad is much more comfortable. for eg one of my friend has 6630 for 2.5 years and man phone is just been torn apart,but his engage classic which is nearly 4 years old is in great shape. you no one cares for durability, but to me durability, and ease of use are of most importance.

Nokia is the best in terms of everything SE only wins in sound quality and Camera Quality!!! i have the W850i and it looks like il be with SE aswell as Nokia !!
6233 has soo Much BASS in the speakers..its hard to listen to any other phone without stereo speakers !! its that good. trust me on this 6233 has the SAME sound quality as SE/iPod/Samsung...its at Par with them..so dont worry..its a top phone for Music the 6233 !!

I'm in for the 6233, and I agree why you choose it,, you know guys I'm working at the office, and I doesn't need high tech (very hightech) stuff, just want this fone for daily purpose, thats all!! Bow!! yeah!!
And maybe I'll be using SAndisk as a SD card,, hey DANI and SAMEER, your argue with sound quality in IPOD and SE, maybe you are using different music files for comparing, if ever you use same file, same bitrate, as in SAME, you'll probably know w/c is the best or will it KNOCKOUT IPOD,, hehehehe,,

@dani,lester,fuzion,carloud. just answer a simple question. what are the 3 nonensense multimedia mobiles you have ever used or had seen over the 5 years. just name them to me it will be 1= ENGAGE CLASSIC 2= 6233 3=D600 i know they are very old set but still today they are a heck phones. k750,6630 just lag behind i named 6630 because it was a mobile multimedia computer.

Fuzion got it spot on! the best brand really for memory cards is Sandisk i highly recommend Sandisk 2GB works super well

Performance of the memory cards that i've mentioned? Yah,they differ in response time (how long it takes to open the files) & quality..But the thing is, no matter what brand you'll be using (the MicroSD Card brands I've listed) you won't find any difference coz 6233 can handle it pretty well.

this phone is still the best in my opinion no phone can match its useability for it's price hehehehe^_^
coupled with great supporting guys in this forum such as sir sameer, lester dani, fuzion hehehe
it kinda makes one a proud owner of this phone hehehhehe
this forum is quite peaceful compared to one from latest phones, this forum is quite relaxing to read hehehehehe^_^

lester, if you want full music output then always use 320 kbs mp3 file because its the best for mp3 nearly sounds like an audio cd which has wave output of very high bitrate. and buy transcind or kingston because they are cheap but great chips which will give you 5 year warranty. the difference prices of 2GB memory cards depends on speed of memory card. higher quality memory card will not hangup, will be of provide great speed without being slow.hy i was thinking that you own 6233. i bought 6233 because of listening DANI and your conversation. thank you to you guys again.

dani, i am completely disagree with you that SE walkman phones KNOCKOUTS ipod in sound quality. i had used W810 for 2 days, yes its sound quality was great but not even close to my ipod. only 1 phone that came close was N91. dont you think that SE is overprized and i think W960 is very overprized, even costier than N95 8GB which knocks down it in mainly all departments and has much superior functions.

1 just go for 6233 only because i will not use internet in my mobile,then doesnt like 5700 design but it has 16 million 2.2 display, 5700 has stereo speakers but not as great as 6233. had operating symtem is nothing to me. but i still feel cheated by NOKIA because of its retail pacaging for normal 6233. worst handsfree, no usb cable, only 128 MB complimentery memory card. hey do you know 5700 can have upto 6 GB of SD card. and DANI i always knew that your scroll of SE phone will stop acting properly over a time because the scroll of all K series phones sucks. i own k700, but its scroll is useless.

dani,lester i have an question for you. see if you have the budjet of 11k then what will you chose, 6233 music=9.5k with good earphone,1GB SD card, usb cable,charger,or will you go for 5700=11k with great 3.5mm earphones, latest symbian OS 9.2,series 60.3.1, latest AC-5 charger,1GB SD card, 3.5 audio adapter, sd card reader adapter.ARM 11, 369 Mhz CPU processor and 64 MB RAM, and great symbian browser.
