I bought this phone... it wasn't very good...i use my d600 or w850i more.... dont buy......its not very good....

hi again..well i dont know why some people say that the camera result isnt good...its something like trying to make other people dissheart who wanted to buy this phone...guys dont wory go and get this phone..i have already said that in my other openioun and i am again saying that shis is a COMPLETE PHONE .......

hi guys.....i am having this phone and i must tell its just a wonderful device,, it has everything u can think about..camera is wonderful,VGA video is outstanding no cramps in it.....i am a big fan of nokia and i have use N70,, but the camera result of nokia 6233 is a bit bright and kool...and the sound is wonderful batteryyyyyyyyy isssssss soooooo koollllll i must tell u guys.....JUST GO AND BUY THIS PHONE ITS A WONDERFUL PEICE OF PHONE BUY NOKIA..I LOVE IT!!

u r not right vga quality video is the best.qcif(177*144)>cif(352*272)>vga(640*480) so u can compare now which one is d best.

Im happy with my 6233, i can play mp3 files and use them as my ring tones, i find the loud speakers very useful especially when outdoors. over-all 6233 is one of nokia's best creations at an affordable price

Got this phone last week.No usb cable in the box (when nokia supplies a CD with the box, why dont they have the sense to supply a cable). The Mp3 player is difficult to navigate (you have to highlight the play/next keys and then press to make it work, very basic player).The stereo speakers sound good . Camera is lousy, cant believe its 2MP. Cannot use the usb port to charge the phone (I hope all phone manufacturers adopt mini usb and make it possible to charge through the usb port, motorola and sonyericsson have this on most phones). Videos dont play smoothly on this phone (V3x plays the videos much better).Overall disappointed with this phone.

hi...i m planning to buy that mobile...but i think its video is not good...its VGA...all Nokia N-series have QCIF video, which has much better Result......can any one tell me is that true....
And i think if we keep hold the up-key...it will FF...i m not sure because i havent bought it yet...

I just got the 6233, and basically am happy with it. However, the numbers/letters on the keybad are quite difficult to read on the silver phone.
NEED HELP - I loaded the CD-rom provided, and bought a Nokia USB cable, but I couldn't backup contacts (phone no.) from the 6233 to my PC. Can someone help??? Thanks very much.

AN HONEST OPINION:
This is a versatile phone. The 2mp camera is stunningly beautiful, except there is no flash. The surround speakers make listening to music a real experience. The 64MB free mem card with the phone package is not a good deal though. I upgraded into a 1GB mem card. Truly useful. And to all the ignoramuses, the phone INDEED HAS 3G except that the camera for it is not located in front. You have to turn it around for the other party to see you. That's on the bad side. But, who the hell cares about 3G? How many people use 3G? 3% of cellular phone users? I like the BLACK color than the titanium finish.

no Nokia are not ahead of technology yet....there behind...so they have no video fw/rw function that suckss...

i think there were no difference between 6233/6234 cz i read a lot about them . everyone say that 6234 is a vodafone version of 6233. im not sure but i read tat.

no i dont agree with u ..the battery life is 2-3 days if not heavily used....and the size is big because of the stereo speakers.......and its heavy becuse of the stereo speakers.....evrrything is because the stereo speakers...they take alot of room in 6233.....they are goood though...
