I have purchased a NOKIA-6233 on 11.09.06. I got a headphone problem after 7th day. I sent it to Lucknow on 13.10.06 for replacement but i m sorry to inform u that i hav'nt recd. the same till today. It is just the carelessnes of Nokia Staff. I'll never say to anybody to purchase Nokia phones as i m suffering too much.

6233 resembles the shape of many nokia phones &the sound of the speakers are realy getting bad &ihe phone does not have macro mode

really everything is fine wit my mobile 6233--but, im having trouble with the music player. the text of all my tracks displays in Japanese or chinese, and i can't seem to reconfigure that problem in my settings. however--wen i select my tracks in memory they then display in English!? more hassel. and becuase i live in america ne help would ne great with this as i don't get warrenty coverage nore ne tech support! as this is an overseas bought item. thats the only thing that sucks-- no support. ne suugestions?!?!

i have purchased the nokia 6233 not for its looks although it does fully fulfil my expectations in that department, but for its sound. it has the most amasing sound i have ever heard on a phone in my life , also nokia have kept their reputation for being a fone which is reliable and hard wearind at all times i rate this fone 10/10 X

Hi! i've purchased N6233 few days ago. i'm facing a regular problem with its internal memory. I dont have anything stored on my mobile but even then it shows "FULL MEMORY". pls help me in formatting its internal memory to the default. i've also tried restoring default setting but didnt worked. PLS HELP >>>>>

Guess what, I just purchased this phone not more than a few days ago and I can say I'm generally happy. I got it for PHP12k and the firmware is at 4.52 already, with 128mb MicroSD (which is just not enough).
So far the speakers really are great, although the earphones aren't the best, it was obviously designed to make sure that outside noise is not blocked, you'll still hear a car coming at you!
If I had a little bit more money, the N73 was a definite choice, but with a tight budget, the phone does not disappoint. I just hope that no problem arises since I only got an open line phone, which means no warranty on my end.
Time for me to create my own themes!

an absolute rocking fon ...can rock the whole city wid its quality of mp3...n ofcourse the dual stereo speakers

Admired the phone for weeks and struggled to get it from tmobile stores on prepay but did managed to get hold of one on Tuesday... deep joy, all worked great until 48hrs later... no picture messages could be sent, screen went white, crashed and went back to front screen. Informed this was a software fault so 3 days later I have my second 6233 handset... lets hope its all resolved, £180 and fingers crossed Im not going to have any more problems

It has a very beautiful design , his features are diverses and his performance are the best . Nokia 6233 is the perfect mobile for anybody !

Nvr thougt that 6233 was such a hit.Anyhow i found this phone awesome,yeah i do found the same problem when i change the theme then everything will change back to nokia ring tone. This is not the main problem, as i can always change it back.
I was wandering is there any .jar dictionary application for english to france or italia ot vice versa. As this is a business phone it should have this feature as business people tend to travel a lot. This will truely help a lot.

2) Select "Options"
3) Select "Settings"
3) Select "Camera sounds"
3) Then you can "off" it

Hii guys, Guess u guys wud also have faced this.
1 Phone incoming call alert is always in Ascending mode even when changed to ringing
2.Incoming call tone changes to Nokia Tune, every time themes is changed.
Can these bugs be fixed?
