'ADUL' yes, the fact that the release is intended during Quarter 2 then it could mean the 1st of April. Also, it could mean 30th June (June does NOT have 31 days, check your grammer). 'ADUL' what you fail to realise is that the first day of a QUARTER to the last day - is STILL the same QUARTER until the following day arrives to start the next quarter. Regardless, Nokia Press Release started shipping the phone on June 14th so that means it will be in stores shortly:

The föne is expected to be in stock june 29th according to one online retailer in the state of Denmark.

i've had the 6234 - which is exclusive designed for vodafone today in my hand - after that i called up the hotlines of german nokia and german telekom - both of them told me the release of 6233 ist in july 06 - so no christmas-stories!!! regards from sunny bavaria -

6233 just released in Kazakhstan. I bought black one yesterday. The phone is really nice but a lil' bit heavy. The ringtone sounds not so loud as k750 but it's ok. 400$

Actually, it's all too true. Rumour has it that an alternate sales channel has already been found for the finished casings. Nokia is shipping them to a place called Crackpot (yeah, that's right) in Canada. A large supermarket chain is offering them as doorstops in their latest campaign. The electronics is for the most part recycled as jerkbait.

Let me state what must be obvious to everyone by now: Nokia has abandoned the 6233 altogether due to lack of cameras and interest. You will have to wait for the 6235i which is going to look a lot like the pictures we have so far seen of the 6233, but which will be sporting 5 cameras for that extra "wow".

well for Original_Jamaican i think all know when the second qurater starts and as u said the second quarter starts from april 1st so tht means the chances of phone relesing starts from tht day not on 31 june at its last day.........
