awesome
i love the body of the mobile phone
rotating top part is lovely
overall i love the phone
but i do think the camera is that cool
but overall i give the phone 9 pts out of 10
its long length is what makes me go crazy

got this fone about 2 weeks ago off a buddy of mine works fine although i some times have trouble processing things quick with a full mmc...other then that its an excellent fone better then almost anything thats in cananda right now still after 2 years of being realeased...

yh its quite simple rly 2 recieve ur bluetooth stuff to ur memory card. jus change ur message settings and store ur messages in ur memory card so woteva will cum 2 ur fone thru bluetooth will also be a msg which will be stored in2 ur memory card.

I have this phone since a month and i can't handle the usb cabel. It doesn't notice any connection with the cabel as there is nothing plugged in. What could the problem be?

i've had the mob for 2 years now, gonna buy a new in fact. my experience with this mob was cool, but the thing that bothered me is the size of it, and also, after filling my 512 mmc, the 6260 got really slow.

I have this phone for four months only ,last month started acting wierd,it didnot take charge anymore,so i bought a brand new original battery for it,well,same story.and about 2 weeks ago the on/off button stopped working,i called nokia of north america and explained the problems and told them the phone is only 4 months old,you know what? they told me because this is not an american version of nokia they can't do nothing .can anybody tell me what to do?thnx.

It's a good phone. I am using this phone 1 Year without problems. 1 week ago i dropped it on a concrete. After that when i try switch on the phone shows me only "whyte screen" during 30-50 sec. After that i can type PIN-code after 20-50 attempts.
In service i received answer that it is one of the uncnown problems with Nokis 6260.
Please, if somebody have same problems, advise me what to do?

at the last i was dreaming so much to this phone. i get it now... it is great . i like it themes, can change make me fun. and it's radio too. i wanna keep it for along time.bt i fear about his flip condition. i think that is not long time can hold. thx

it is a super cool phone.those who have problems with its sound,jus can try out ogg player.In it ,the files are smaller in size and the voice can be increased to 12db.the software is compapitible with all types of phone.it would be availaible on google.com and mobango.com.so enjoy all nokia 6260 users

yah,
I had this phone for about a year and a half, its pritty good with durability: i use it in da rain, dropped it a pool concrete sand, mud. and amazingly with just a little cleaning it works perfectly!
although... the "chrome" finish on the inside when u flip it is wering away, it makes it look older but Nokia should have put some grip to prevent it from sliding back and fourth and as a result werars away the chrome or whatever it is mad out of!
BUT they could gave made the vga cammera a lot beter, compared with the 6600 it is a lot worse
so overal, it is a durable phone, good interactions, good for presentations with quck point! and its unique styling which is always good with my freinds because they are in awe when i twist it.

ive had my nokia 6260 for about 9 months now, its a great fone but it only started acting up a few days ago. i think something has gone wrong with my loudspeaker. i cant listen to music or hear my ringing tones without d use of the headset. does any one know wat the problem could be??? thanks

mp3 sound is according to hardware , so it cant be improved very !
i got Powermp3 player & its somewhat better ,at least it has keypad shortcuts for play\pause , etc...

i got this phone two days ago. all is good but the mp3 sound quality is not good. if any one tell me how i can improve the sound quality.

Hey Sheryffu if you have problems with the sound quality then maybe you need to pay a tech a visit. Have him clean your phone for dust and the sort. I had mine cleaned and the sound quality improved. That is if you are cool with them opening your phone...:)
