I'm debating between a 6170 and a 6260. I am aware that the features between the two are quite different, but I'm not going to use a lot of what the 6260 has. I'm more concerned about how it looks and feels. Can anyone comment on the buttons and what they're like for Texting? I've found that the nokia 8890 has had the best buttons for texting making it increasingly easy. I currently have a sony ericcson T60i and it sucks for testing. Also, where are people getting the prices of $375 for silver and $415 for black? Can anyone give me information to get this phone for these prices in the US? Thanks. Any comments persuading me or dissuading me from getting this phone instead of a 6170 are welcome. I've read most of the complaints. But whether its mono vs stereo, or low resolution camera, or things like that I don't care about. I mainly care about style and how easy it is to text on.

This is a so-called nokia brick. So big and bulky. Could have further optimise its design n space. Taking pictures is so troublesome, twist here n there.

Yes, this phone is big. It's for MAN! Not no pussy phone that's so small, you can't even press the buttons without using a toothpick! I'm tired of pussy phones. This is just big enough so it won't fit in a gad damn purse. Do you wear a purse? If you do, this phone is not for you because you're gay!

Nokia 6260 is overall smart and is a business phone but mark two things, the MP3 player is hopeless and mono and its camera does not take photo in 640*480

Afterall it is just a handphone. What is so big deal to make such a choice, there are lots and more important things to decide in our lives. Nothing is perfect. Like it, then take it and enjoy the goods and...the odds :)

There is some problem with browse mode sometimes. The screen will just go black and the lights wont come on no matter what key you press.

Hi Dwight, Do not get mini SDcard for N6260 it will not work get mini MMC(Multimedia card) there is a big difference between SD card and MMC. please make sure that you get mini MMC not mini SDcard.
Hi Christian, I feel Nokia 6260 worth for its money than Nokia 7610 only sacrifice you have to do is Camera resolution with Nokia 6260.
