I heard about this phone for awhile but unfortanely i live in the states and the phone has yet to be released. I'm actually looking into buying it overseas and having it shipped over. So i want to know is this phone worth it. I have the choice of getting 6260 or the 6620. I didn't realize how big the phone was intill i saw a pic of someone holding it. How bad is the camera quality that ppl say. Is it 1mp at least. if someone could email me and give me any experiences with problems that would be so helpful and if there is a website that carries the GSM 850/1800/1900 verison of the phone please please send me the link. thank you.

Phone looks vrey impressive, web browsing function is great.. wish it was a little smaller but I guess it looks very elegant

I just picked this phone up a few days ago and all i can say is WOW...I kind of moved away from Nokia my last few phones but decided to pick this one up because a few friends told me about it...I absoluly love this phone..only little complaints i would have is the poor camera quality, other then that i would highly recommend this phone.

Guys, 7610 and 6260 are 2 different phone. those who like clamshell wouldn't take a 2nd look at the 7610 and vice versa. so, there shouldn't be any issue. as for waiting for newer phone.. new handphone are coming out everyday and only those that have the ability can change the phone like changing their shirt. 6630 uses a newer symbian, 8.0., rite now, symbian 7.0 is not very stable yet. there are still lots more to exlore. so, getting a symbian 8.0 phone is not a wise thing to do now. all of us knew that nokia phone are quite the same.. for me, fashionable phone are my cup of tea. 6260 is one phone that is fashionable.

hey man it's supeRB! but it has no wifi, screen on the upper level of the cover, edge, and it's gprs class just 6! but fm radio and mp player is still impressing people lol should i wait for clamshell designed and featured with 6630's features?! aaagh pls answer

heres wot i fink of this
Bought it about a week ago and yes it does look mint and it is big, but i like big phones. before this i had a nokia 6600 like everyone else. it dont look as good but it works a lot better.
first of all why do no series 60 new fones hav joysticks anymore?
theyre well easier to use. so if you like to play games it will be well harder.
hardly any apps wrk on it anyway.
no camera apps AT ALL works.
cancel button is miles away from other buttons - shit to text. "browse mode" wrks bad cos you need the green an red button but they are on the other side.
menu/left button/pencil key all cramped together.
camera works daft. pictures size is smaller than the 6600 unless took in a certain position.
video 10 minutes but poor quality.
so yeh it looked great but i took it back me cos if you got a 6600 dont bother wait 4 somethin better. im warning you all it does look great, but it works like a peice of shit

i think it is a full option. The screen rotate is an innovation.

Hi guys, I'm from Singapore. abt the mono MP3/AAC player, is it refering to the SPEAKERS of the phone or when using the earphone? My friend tested the set and mentioned that it's the same as nomal mp3 stereo music. Can anyone that had tested and used this phone confirm on it?
Probably the mono part is the speakers and not refering to nomal earphone listening.

this phone is definately better than 6600, therefore for those who have lof of money and don`t know where to spend those money, just buy this one. frankly speaking, i think samsung should be the leader now

Hmm... let's see. Samsung had the turning display much earlier... Great display, huh? Why not 265k colors, then? 48 polyphonic ringtones? U should hear the lusiest LG handset - it puts the Nokia's ringtones to shame. Maybe Nokia should send a dog in space and claim they were the first to send a pedigree mutt first (unlike the russian strey Layka). Don't get me wrong, I own 2 Nokia phones and my last 4 ones were Nokias aswell, but their policy is geting on my nerves!

I'll be damned if that 6260user guy isn't Eldar Murtazin from Mobile-review or just a knock-off ripping and translating the review about the 6260 on that site. :)))) Dude, if it wuz u, I must say ur English seems to have dramatically improved in the adaptation of the article u posted here :))) Anyways, on topic, has any of u noticed how HUGE this phone is? What was going through my mind when I traded my 6600 for this one?! Besides, the "blank points" it has (mono output for MP3, VGA camera) are making me think that Nokia just has a stupid strategy to release/sell a shitload of phones, (same crap, different package), as it seems more than fairy possible to advance to the next step and integrate the latest features in a new phone generation. Take 7610, for instance: it's got 1 MP camera (6600 advance), but no IR port (compared to the same ol' 6600)! That's just plain stupid!

Get a 6230, so much better : small, fast and easy.....
Waiting for a small S60 series from Nokia, maybe next year ?
