yeah, hope there will be a review about this phone soon. i am betweend the 6270 and n70. n70 has symbian(but dont know whats its advantages) 6270 has better design and better display and mini sd card slot...

Yainnis, dont u mean a 512SD card coz dis fone only supports mini sd cards. who would have thought that this would b out b4 the 6280. Sigh

Nokia 6270 already available in Cyprus from http:/www.soundtech.com.cy. It comes also with 512MB MMC card. Excellent choice with crystal clear LCD as higher spec than N70. If you do not care about 3G, this is the phone.

6270 has the best speakers on market it has 3D effects. Sound is incredible.

Ok all you guys that are asking if this phone is going to be available to yout country.. Ok the bottom line is, if your country supports GSM, no doubt or reason why is not going to be available to your country. Have you guys ever heard of an airplane? that's how they ship em! this phone is not even in the NOKIA USA website and i called nokia and ask them about this phone, if its going to come out in the US they said NO! well who cares.. i have my dealers! im living in NYC, im getting this phone for sure next week! so please don't ask dumb question! if your into Nokia phones you guys should know better!

Anyone can tell me the stereo sound speaker compare to W800i and W900i, which is better and loudly when play music and ringtone?? (Because I always play music using speaker, I don't like using the headphone)

I saw in this site that this phone is available. It means, I have too wait for another three weeks before it arrives in my country (Indonesia), and then wait another few weeks until the price goes down. I hope it's really worth to wait.

Don't you think the bottom protrusion when the phone is closed makes it look rather unattractive? At first sight it looks as if you haven't slid to top half down fully.
The features are brilliant but look-wise its too boxy and mechanical. Might fork out another 100 bucks and go for the 6280 instead?

I got my answer from "Rugga Bugga"... He answered as follows:

The camera quality is realy good. 2 mp camera and good picture quality on
the phone.
The sound is totally awesome, best sound I've heard on a nokia to date.
The stereo speakers are amazing, I have it on my desk at the moment
listening to the radio and its crystal clear and very loud.

I contacted nokia through e-mail and they said it will definately be released by december- but no official date. And about the nokia website saying it will be available (UK), I have found it changes fom time to time! But as the 6280 is now almost released in the UK, I'm sure the wait for 6270 is almost over!!!!

I e-mailed O2 Online again and they told me to ring on or after 5th Decemeber to upgrade my handset to the 6270 :)
