I think this phone is better than 6280 because of its Card Slot memory (128mb rather than 64mb) and weight.

Bring this phone out now nokia to see if you can challenge the Samsung D600 as the number one mobile everyone should buy,your phones have been letting people down to big crap features an cameras that have been rubbish an you will lose the number 1 producer soon to Samsung

I wanna buy it, before I change my mind if I saw another one that comes ahead before you.
The first is always the best. Another will be compared with the first. And usually nothing beats the first.
Don't get too pricey though.

pls tell me if anyone of you saw this phone for real(not in pictures)??? because i am very courious if this phone is too big. which phone is better, nokia 6279 or nokia 6280. I think that 6270 is more beautiful than 6280 and it has a better sound but nokia 6280 is smaller and it has a second video call camera(really i don't find that very usefull)

oh....dear autofocus is not the only function of a phone.........otherwise leave it and purchase a digital camera. sonyericsson K750i reported many complications about its autofocus function. 6270 will be the bet phone in comming days even though it is not an autofocus phone....that is not a prominant feature.

hurry..nokia, do not waist time and launch this phone before the end of Sep 2005. this time is very perfect as number of slider form factor and 2.0 MP camera phone is about to come. so be the first to introduce nokia 6270 and get maximum market share and benifit.

I am a dealer in the Colorado,USA. I repair phones; and w/o a doubt the Nokia's are FAR more durable than anything else out there. When you match that with the top 7 slots in my field reception test, Nokia IS the best buy.Who cares about looks when it works where others wont! I am eagerly awaiting the release of the 6270 w/its 2mb cam/and quad modes. But when is it Going to be released? Until then I think I'll switch from my 6230b to a 6682.

i think 6270 lacks of auto focus is great enough!
my friend use k750i and he dropped his phone severally and the auto focus errors
moreover, it causes all the camera functions work improperly!
auto focus doesn't mean everything when the camera function wont work properly!
i'd prefer just nice shooting camera even though it cant be replace a real digital camera!

Even though this phone has a 2-mgp camera, it lacks autofocus, without which it`s simply loosing the comparison with SE K750i pics quality. Nokia was great 5 or 6 yrs ago...I`m sorry to say that but not anymore-it now copies Samsung a lot and not only. They were the last to come up with bluetooth-SE were first, their cheap plastic construction is already a joke on the tip of the tongue all over the place...Their only decent model 8800 will cost you a fortune. I`m glad they finally started producing quand band phones though, that should have been done long time ago.

anyways, mini sd's are @ 1gb max, and those sell for 120 canadian from expansys, i duno anywhere else in canada that sells them but.. im not in anywhere else but canada.lol
sandisk makes a 1gb im pretty sure, and they're not too much, cheaper than ms pro duos from the SE series phones
