this phone has the same camera as in the N70 and u can find N70 sample pics through google to see the cam's quality.

nokia better make sure it cameras are improving or it will lose out to the samsung D600 or K750i sony ericsson they get everyone wanting there new mobiles then we find out there cameras are a big disappointment come on nokia improve you cameras or you will fail again

price is meant to be around 450 USD..im guessing this it at release... btw 450 USD is around 300 euros i believe

can someone please tell me the price? i really think this factor will really make me considering to buy this phone or not? and i've read people saying this phone is ugly. well some people do prefer function over looks. and big phones are sometimes good for big people with big hands like me. so i think this phone is great for it's design,functions and lot's more.

Does Series 40 3rd edition in this phone runs Series 60 applications? (reasoning: display resolution is the same/similar in S60 phones)

fortunatelly no "memory stick" (used by sony and sony ericson) memory sticks are compatible with... nothing (so appart froy your sony equipment you are unable to use it on any other device)
while sd (also mini) are very broadly used

well well well......one of my friend said that the design of 6270 is not something attracting....how dashing and boring opinion my friend have. in my opinion 6270 out look is much better than the D600....D500. i was so disoppointed when i first saw D500 lively....and so D600 has the same design feature with almost no difference. where as on the other hand 6270....its amazing, cool and attractive.

Peter: How can u say that it's a bad thing that it's a NOKIA. There is no doubt about that Nokia are making the best and most userfriendly mobiles - so there is no doubt about that it is a VERY good thing that this mobile is a Nokia.
But I agree with u - this phone is to big and the design are "boring". I LOVE the design of D600 - but if D600 has the same horrible software as D500 and E730 I wont buy it. Simply because the software on my old Siemens C21 is better than it is on the D500!

well this fone seems pretty good, since it has stereo speakers and not he ordinary ones that make pure noise, the specs are great, it comes with a 128mb, memory stick, bluetooth, this fone is a must have.

nokia must try to introduce it in the market before so hyped D-600 of samsung. third quarter's end is the best time for nokia to launch and capture the slider form factor mobile phone model market.
although samsung stood first to announce D600 where as nokia was behind........nokia should strategically put 6270 first in the market than the D600. those who were waiting for the D600 their views are now changed as nokia announced 6270.....and are keen to have this phone.

A lot of people are already comparing 6270 with d600. 6270 has some extra features like a radio & infra, but the design of samsung seems to be cooler. I dont care bout the tv cable, its just an extra thing, its more important a pc cable or a bluetooth dongle in the package. Both are goog phones, but 6270 from my opinion I think it will be better. Lets just wait and see. Oh and d600`s battery sux, I hope nokia`s will do better. It`s bout the screen stuff cause is qvga. As I just said, lets wait and see which one we will end buyin.

hey guys i love this mob,besides if it would be like samsung i750,guys i am talkin abt the touch screen function i wish it was in this fone this fone then would have roked,but although the loss of touch screen it is still gud i will buy it,thanx nokia peace out!!!!

I think this phone is the best phone made so far from Nokia. It has every features like 3G, EDGE, Bluetooth, Infrared, Push to Talk, etc. If it is available in the market please informe me. Thanks

man..i love the phone it has everythin i wanted a..radio,2MP camera,stereo speakers!!
i think it'll be the first phone of nokia to have these speakers..coz everybody knows hoa a nokia plays its tones..unlike its better competitors like SOny Ericsson and Samsung! am willing to wait for it..and i will..the only thing i dont like about it is its LOOKS! but as they say u cant get everything in life....

Amar, this is a series 40 phone.I wish if it were Symbian. I am going to get 6230i though. I like the Candy bar phones better and I always worry here in India to get sliding or flap phones as they may suffer from wear and tear easily in crowds here. Well and keep in mind this phone will get even bigger when u will slide it to make calls.

It's a great phone! Good design! I like it because has musicplayer, camera 2mp, radio, those 3 things are very importants for me!
