i am using a 1gb mini sd and there is absolutely no problem! i have no worries saving my files and playing my music tracks! i don't know about the others!

to true openion i think ur mobile got a problem or the memory card is bad as i use 1g memory card sillicon power and it's working ifne thanx God

it is a very good phone ... gave me problems ever since added a 1 gb card,,, phone restarts on its own .... no changes done .. restarts on its own n then shuts down... very annoying.....
stoped using 1 gb card... seems fine now a days... but appears like phone processor cannot handle 1 gb

i just wanna say that the nokia 6270 is the best phone i got but there is a prob. the left key is not working that well.i have 2 press on it hard 2 work .. does any body have that same prob. .. plz tell me on my e-mail bonethugsfourlife@yahoo.com

Yo, this phone is the bomb. It has everything. Its an all rounder. Nokias really are the best. And the price is good.

This phone and Nokia are basically overrated. Had a K750i...ridiculous...not quadband. 6270 mediocrity all the time. I know I'm spoiled but...? Either D900 or K790a for me.(Cingular. Why do they subject me to this hell of the red headed stepchild of GSM? "850") Anyone know if Samsung 3MPX is worth it? Help a kid out. I am not even biased. I went to the new Nokia store on Mich ave in chicago. The n92, never seen one, is like a brick. I might as well have a motorola bag phone.

i have something more to say, by the way my battery lasts for more than two days. it's by common use of sms, total calls duration of an hour, two hours of music (using my sennheiser and an adapter), 15 minute use of camera (image only) and 30 minutes using browser (to check email). i charge my battery at about an hour and a half (it won't exceed that, tell you).

hi there! i've been using 6270 since may and it really proved to be a great buddy. it came with a 512mb mini sd card when i purchased it but now i'm using a 1gb card. music is the first reason why i bought it. currently i have 384 songs and still have space in my mini sd. second, the 2 megapixel camera works good for me, i'm satisfied with it and the qvga resolution gives justice to the pictures. i'm having fun with the themes (i've got 12!), wallpapers (girls!) and the browser is fine (for a mobile phone, that is.

I have just recently purchased a nokia 6270, and it should arrive shortly. Had several questions I hoped an experienced user could answer.
1.What is the appropriate way to charge it? Do I use the initial charge on the phone until it runs out and then fully charge it. Or do I charge it right after getting it. I am just worried about ruining the battery.
2.Does anyone know how to set it up for the Cingular network?
3.Is there a 1gig memory card for it? If so any recommendations.
4.How do you make your own ringtones?
If there is any other useful info on the phone I would definitely appreciate the feedback

hi ,-NO GOOD PHONE- in catalog spec. of 6270 was good . so I bogth it . my phone is maded by Germany . but its fabricate qualitiy is too low !!!
MY phone color is Brown
1.clearance and loose between 2 piece
2.back Light of keys is same of key color and so difficult to see the alphabet.
3.LCD Light go up and down !!!
4.height of middle selection key (key No.8 in catalog)is not enough , when I want to push it , left or right keys push together!!!
5. color of upper piece & lower is not exactly same .

6270 very nice but not sport any soft and realone plyar and another soft why? please tell me what the soft clear this problem . and not sport any mp3 and ringtone and vidio clip . what soft i dowlod for this problem?

Very bad phone. i can not explain becasue all the times restart and hanging. can not install any software , no virush protection...
