Hi,
Can anyone tell me which one is better Samsung D600 or Nokia 6270.
As more or less both the phones are almost the same except that nokia 6270 has an in built FM radio as an additional feature.
But look wise D600 is far better and has a TV output option.
Please tell me the comparision in terms of Performance, Sound & Image quality & voice clarity

hey, i've had this phone on contract and well i'm sorry to say this but i'm really really disappointed. i find it even harder to say this as i've used nokia's since i've ever had my first phone(8210!).
well to be honest yes the phone isn't that bad really and yes the music player is great, but this phone is simply shite for reliability!!!! i've had it for about 6 months now on contract and well its broke down twice!!!! and i had to get it fixed under the warranty which takes at least 2 weeks everytime!!!
in the first three weeks the up button completely stopped working but then the second time it broke the screen just wouldn't ever display anything!!! then now my slider is really bad and every time i open and close it, somewhere inside it seems to be scratching, and take really good care of my phones.
i have to admit i just can't wait to get rid of this phone and to be honest i'm thinking of getting a samsung now as i know that they don't break down all the time like all of the new nokias. i heard that after 4 weeks of supplying hte n80 they took it off the market. surely thats a clear sign of the quality of these new phones.
hate to say it but all the samsungs have just as good a features as the new nokias but they are also much smaller phones aswell.

Hi,
I am Karan my opinion about Nokia-6270 is that is has th best sound quality as compared to the I POD in it's headset even on its loudspeaker,I say its the best and much better than the nokia-3250 in its camera and the nokia3250 because it is only 4x digital zoom and nokia6270 have 5x digital zoom with the stereo widening effect.

many of the music files does not open up asking for ogg player. How do i get it installed on my Nokia 6270. Please somebody help ASAP.

When I connect the phone to my pc with USB cable. I can not transfer music from my pc to phone with a small mega bit from the original on so my memory card will become full so haw can I make it lese mega bait from the original one and also haw can I transfer data and programs from the interne nokia pc suite. finaly i have no good resolition on my mobile camera Please help

to have the same problem while video recording as the image is not that clear..as the camera image...the image gets blurr when i start video recording....does anyone have the same problem the please mail me..

gr8 fone ...gud music player n decent camera...bt there r problems too.the fone gets restarted atleast 3-4 times a day..uses up the battery pretty heavily..and the display goes completely white smtimes ..which is restored after u reset the wallpaper...on the positive side..it looks very classy..the sloder works well..has a lot of features n the one i got comes bundled wid a 512 mb sd card...will smone pls tel me hw to sort out the niggles im facin...otherwise gud fone to hav...

to gemini i would like to answer u in some points and i will wrte the number of points as itis:
1-is right but u don;t need to search everytime u just make the voice tag that's it and that's not an error because this is the type of the phone slide.
2-the same as the first and u can arrange them by which first the first name or the last name.
3-ok u r right but it's not on all of the os 40 like that phone.
4-u can fwd or backward by still pressing the answer key,and about the previous ur right but u had to remember that's not a musical phone like 3250.
5-i always put it in my jeans pocket and no problem untill now and no problem if u put is as it is not upside down.
6-u are right but it's not a big deal in sms messages i don't know about the type of messages.
7-yes but u can always transfer ur files to the memory card it's also not a big deal.
8-yes u r absolutely right.
9-i spent 10 hrs listening to the radio and to mp3 yesterday without any less of the battery and i also used the camera so i think that u didn't try it as i always use it as an mp3 player and with mp3 and radio and camera i can spend more than 2 days wthout have to charge really so just try.
10-if u use any other type of mobile like se or moto it will be the same as each type got it's own software and in nokia u got 3 type so software s40,s60,s80,s80 so each type is absoultely different than the others and don't compare 6600 by that one as they got diffent software and got diffents features 6600 is the smart phone while 6270 is multmedia phone.

did u setup the stereo widening if yes so try to trun it off and if it doesn't work so go to the next care service to u to check it.

If u wan't a hp with superb features,buy it.If u however need a durable and long lasting,then don't buy it.Hope it helps...

THis is the worst phone of Nokia I have ever used.I have always used Nokia phones. This phone is strictly not for the ones who have earlier used Nokia6600 or similarp phones.
Except sound quality everything is deplorable.
List a few
(1) You need to slide up everytime u need to dial or search a contact. Frequent usage of slide will make the channel loose.
(2) Contact can be searched in one Parameter(either First Name or Last Name) unless otherwise in Nokia6600 where we can search with first alphabet of First Name and Last Name.
(3) Keys "c" and "i" for instant deleting and multiple selection repsectivly are missing.
(4)An extremely simple handsfree is provided in which one can't even forward or rewind the track. One cannot even listen to the previous song.
(5) Due to its sliding nature one cannot put phone in the jeans otherwise the slide would open up and u may break it.
(6) Messages are stored in phone memory only.
(7) All the incoming data via bluetooth will first get into the Phone memory. So if ur phone memory is nearly full u cant exchange data via Bluetooth.
(8) A special type of charger is used in this phone. So if u are travelling and forgot the charger u need to carry a special aadvancement which would attach it to the conventional charger.
(9) Forget about the battery backup if u want to listen the songs. With a decent charge u can only listen for 30-45 minutes on spk.
(10) With the different Operating system there is lot of trouble using this phone.
These are some of the disadvantages of this phone. I have never exected this from Nokia.
Kindly note my remarks are not made to offend anyone. I am myself using Nokia6270. I regret if anyone feels offencive.

whenever i install any software in my nokia 6270 an error occur i.e like (kniext global ref failed).pls somebody tell me how to remove this problem or how 2 install softwares without this error

Excellent Phone...Have had mine for about a month now with now complaints really. I still need to learn how to sync it with outlook express. Can someone guide me on how to get that done. Have a few calendar items I need to import. Thanks
