I bought Nokia 6270 just a week back. Everything in my phone is good so far. But i find that only problem it has got is that when we get a call, the voice is not so clear. Can any1 telme, whether it can be solved by making any changes to the Sterio Setting or any other settings. Or is the problem with the Model itself.

    i have just been with this piece for less than a month and it has started giving me problems like freezing,swithing off and then switches itself on,some of the names do not show when receiving calls or sms,the phone keeps asking for security code even when this feature is off and the tones aasigned to respective groups are not heard instead a default tone rings.Please can somebody advise me or rather what could be the cause of all these?Ciao!kayabin

      I've bought this phone from a week now thanx God and it's so good untill now it's positives are:
      1-Very good and high sound very pure and loud.
      2-the camera is good even in night.
      3-the radio is so good high and pure.
      4-it's so fast.
      5-the menu is good and the type tab is so good.
      6-the body building is good as far and got no problem with it.
      7-the battery in musi camer radio in brief in entertaiment is so good really it doesn't spent battery.
      8-the snooze in alarm is so usefull.
      9-the standby screen is marvellous and usefull.
      10-the screen is so good bright ,big ,obvious and shin,
      11-the bluetooth is fast and got no problem.
      12-the software is good as far (i got the firmwire 3.69)i don't know is the last or not.
      13-the call time shows after the call and the sound of the call is so good and pure and there's no noice while calling.
      the headphone is good and pure and loud so loud.
      14-i can do whatever i like in gallery and also in memory card like move,delet,create,sorting while as i found i can't do that at 6630 or 6260.
      15-it got automatic settings for voice tags and the speel is good as far as it's fine in english.
      16-i got no problem in recieving files via bluetooth or infra.
      17-my inner memory is about 11.8mb not 5 not 6.
      18-the equalizer is so usefull.
      19-i have no problem like restarting or autoreset untill now.
      20-keys and fonts are so big and comfort for fingers and eyes.
      21-the body is not heavy or so big while my hands are so small as im short so i didn't find any problem catching it or holding it with my hands or in my pocket.
      22-the vibration is so good and ther;s no problem with ringtones as they r not low they took only 2 seconds to become higher but they become so high after this 2 seconds so it's not ascending or low even in midi.
      23-i can use alot of music extension like mp3,aac,wav,midi,amr i didn't try others untill now but i'll tell u if i did.

      The negative are (most of them can be handled not big deal)
      1-the image of the caller id is small but can handle
      2-in mp3 i can't fast forward or fast Rew except for seconds.(can be handle)
      3-the vedio is not shown in the whole full screen(can be handle)
      4-i can't make albums i can only select a folder.(i can hanlde untill now)
      5-the radio have to be connected to and enhancement not having internat antenna(can also be handle or by getting and old and used headphone and only get the last part of it and cut it na donly connect it)
      6-i can't return to the previous file i was in there before i get out so every time i have to get into the file or the name not like the others phones.

      As far untill now it's a so good one if u need full multimedia phone with great features for call and u will enjoy hearing any mutlimedia files there as the screen and the speakers are suberb so i advice every one to get this phone and to be known that i had read every opinion posted here and many else about that phone and alot of what people said about the negatives were not right or they didn;t read the guide or just heared or get used of symbian phones.

          yes d covers fo dis phone r available bt u hav 2 deposit ur phone 2 a nokia priority dealer as u cnt chnge it on ir own & it wil cost u around rs 2000

              the 6270 is a good phone.the camera and the resolution rocks but i hav alot of scartches on this phone.Can the cover for this phone for this phone be change?some1 plz tell me.

                which phone is better the 6270 or the 6280...and does the 6280 come with the stero speaker that the 6270 comes with?

                      hey can anyone tell me how to make the messages go to memory card instead of the phone memory. PLZ.
                      And yes this phone gets restart 5 to 6 times a day, does everyone has the same problem???
                      Can any one tell me from where we can download free games on this phone.

                            this cell is really nice. i had this cell since last mnth its good one u can opt for...but i had 1 prob. the pic wich is setted 4 any contact no.. is displayed very small n not of screen size.. any suggesstions 4 this????i wann pic 2 b displayed large...

                                this phone really rocks be it the camera or the music,but i have a query pls help me out.i want to know about the maximum length of the video recording which is possible in 6270 n i have a 512mb card with this.also tell me how to do it.......waiting friends

                                  Got his phone about a month ago. Had to switch from K750i due to lack of quad band. It is ok. Camera is good, just not as good as SE 2MP. Same with MP3 player. Phone resets itself about twice a day. A bit disconcerting to me. Mine does have a voicemail icon...that wont turn off. Also it is big. You have to download settings from nokia to use GPRS/EDGE and it forgets them sometimes. Not a horrible phone just not as good as K750i. That being said the joystick on the K750i would not have lasted much longer anyway.

                                    I bought this phone in March, and so far it has been a great joy! The sound quality is amazing and screen resolution rocks (even regular VGA images look awesome on the 6270). Only problems are the poor battery life, and the location of the push to talk and volume buttons, which I always end up pressing accidentally. Another thing would be the extreme bulk of the phone: it looks great, but after a while you find the size and weight a bit of a burden.

                                    And I found that after I upgraded my phone's firmware, it started having endless problems with the inbox and outbox functions. Did any of you have this problem?? I really regret upgrading my firmware now :(

                                        The Set2 of Media Equaliser won't let me edit. Do you guys have this problem? It also wouldn't let me select Classical. How come?
