This is for tdrom
You are right.. 3G is not out yet in the US.. Especially T-Mobile.
So I suggest you to get the 6270.. simply because it will work well with your provider, its a quadband..
I was just checking the prices for this phone..
http://www.welectronics.com/gsm.shtml
Check that site out.. They have it for $399 + $15 Shipping and Handling.. Its based in Chicago Illinois..
Great Phone.. Made in Germany.

is a lot of day light.one other thing i dislike is that they use smaller signs and letters in the idle mode.working the phone with one hand can be dangerous to slip from your hand due to the quality of the covers.
battery wise....big phone lot of functions therefor big consuption.after the buttery gets full power you shouldent expect more than two days with moderate use.sound quality is very good but you need to add more sounds for ring tones cause the factory ones are useless.messages are more tricky than before also.i dont want to sound negative about the phone but i try to give some details for those who want to buy it.i know from experiance that after spending some time with a phone, changing is little difficult.averall is a v.good

I have this phone for 2 month now and I'm still really excited about it. It has everything I'm looking at a phone. Still, there is anyone who can help me with one question: how big can be the card for this phone? I can't find any specification about this. Tks!

The Nokia 6270 Is A Very Good And The Best Camera Mobile Phone On The Market. It Has Got A 2 Megapixel Camera With Video And Flash. And I Like It's Looks And I Also Like It's Design Too And It Is A Very Excellent Phone. It' Plastic Body Is Very Strong And It Is Very Durable And It Has Got A Very Good 2 Megapixel Camera With Video And Flash And It's Picture Quality Is Very Good And The Nokia 6270's MP3 Player And Visual Radio's Sound Quality Is Also Very Good. But The Only Thing is That It Is Very Expensive. Here In Islamabad Pakistan, It Costs About Rs 26000 But Overall It Is A Very Great And A Very Good Camera Mobile Phone On The Market. I Like The Nokia 6270 In Silver Colour Better. And It Is Constructed Very Good And It Has A Large Screen And 262K Colours With TFT Display. If anybody wants to buy this mobile phone, they are most welcomed to buy this camera mobile phone. I Like It Very Much. The Nokia 6270 Is Very Good And It Is Much More Better Than That Less Good Nokia 6111. And The Nokia 6270 Also Has Got A Memory Card Slot For Additional User Memory. You Can Also Put The 128 MB Minisd Card Into The Memory Card Slot In The Nokia 6270's Memory Card Slot Too.I Will Give This Phone 9.9/10. But It Is A Little Bit Heavy When Holding In Your Hand But That Doesn't Matter. And I Also Like The Nokia 6270's 2 Megapixel Camera With Video And Flash Too. The Nokia 6270 Also Has Bluetooth And Infrared In It Too. No Other Phone Is Much More Better Than This New Nokia 6270.

just got my 6270 few days ago after mooving from 6230i.even though i was expecting the big screen to be much more comfortable i was supriced to see that ok is big and bright but very dificuld to use when there is a lot of day light.one other thing i dislike is that they use smaller signs and letters in the idle mode.working the phone with one hand can be dangerous to slip from your hand due to the quality of the covers.
battery wise....big phone lot of functions therefor big consuption.after the buttery gets full power you shouldent expect more than two days with moderate use.sound quality is very good but you need to add more sounds for ring tones cause the factory ones are useless.messages are more tricky than before also.i dont want to sound negative about the phone but i try to give some details for those who want to buy it.i know from experiance that after spending some time with a phone, changing is little difficult.averall is a v.good phone with character of its own.i would surely recoment it.

Ok compare 6270 to a 6280 and why..
6280 = It depends where you are gonna use it. If you are going to use it in Europe, Middle East, or Asia.. I guess its better than the 6270 because of its 3G capabilites.
If you are going to use it in the US.. I will defenitely go for the 6270, because i will end up paying more for the 6280, which Im not even going to use the 3G here in the US.
Mainly because here in the US we will be using a different frequency for our 3G. and the phone is only focused on the 3G network of Asia, Europe, and the Middle East.
And besides if you are going to use it in the US.. get yourself a 6282, Nokia 3G phone for the US market.
Other than that their almost the same, exept for the design, 6280 looks more proffesional.
Good Luck!

Dear Choco, does it really matter that it shud hav a screen bigger than the 3230, indeed it is, but u also gotta see its resolution dude, 262K colors , the display of 3230 absolutely sucks b4 this....believe me...it also beats it when compared 2 the mp3 quality...that 2 by miles....+ this has a sexy design and feel 2 it...
